We booked our Mahakaleshwar–Omkareshwar–Indore trip with Tripocio, and it was a wonderful experience! The planning, travel, and hotel arrangements were excellent, and we felt safe throughout. Ms. Shivani coordinated everything so well. She was always available and made sure we were comfortable at every step. Our driver was polite, suggested great restaurants, and guided us perfectly for temple visits. Though we faced a little delay at Omkareshwar due to a late start, overall, it was a great and memorable experience visiting these divine places. Thank you, Tripocio, for making our spiritual journey so comfortable and well-managed! Highly recommended! 🙏

We booked our Kerala trip with TripOcio for 27/11/2025 to 01/12/2025 with a lot of excitement and trust. Their communication before the trip was smooth, the itinerary looked well planned, and the hotel options felt genuinely impressive. In many ways, that is what makes the following feedback important - because the intention seemed good, but the execution fell short in several areas. 1. Munnar Stay - A Good Hotel but Not the Experience We Were Prepared For. Our hotel in Munnar was comfortable, clean, and perfectly fine. There was truly nothing to complain about regarding the property itself. Where the disappointment came in was the expectation that was created beforehand. We were verbally told that our stay would be “at the top in Munnar,” so we naturally imagined a hilltop experience close to the viewpoints. On arriving, we realised the actual sights were still about 15 km uphill. I would like to once again say that it’s not that the hotel was bad - it wasn’t, it was wonderful. It’s just that the difference between what was promised and what was delivered left us emotionally let down right at the start of the trip. 2. Houseboat Experience - Wonderful in the End, But a Confusing Start The houseboat eventually became one of the most beautiful parts of our journey. However, being asked to sit and settle into the WRONG boat, and then shifting after almost an hour, took away from the excitement of the moment. We also lost sailing time. Although the correct boat was excellent, this initial confusion dampened what could have started as a seamless, memorable experience. 3. Final Day (01/12/2025) - The Hardest Part of the Trip to Overlook We genuinely wanted to end the trip on a positive note, but the last day was very very poorly coordinated: a. To start with, the driver did not arrive on time b. A rickshaw was sent initially instead of the sedan c. Even after the sedan came, we waited for over three hours in Alleppey itself d. Because of this, we lost our Kochi sightseeing and had to rush away from places. e. And despite being told that all charges were included, we were still asked to pay a ₹40 parking fee. It wasn’t the ₹40. It was the feeling that the details were not being handled with care. On an anniversary trip, these things matter emotionally. f. The driver did not stop the vehicle at the place where we asked him to which was hardly 5 mins from where we left. He continued driving and made us wait another hour before finally stopping for dinner. 4. A Key Realisation - TripOcio Doesn’t Manage the Ground Team Directly It was unfortunate that during the trip, we learnt that TripOcio does not directly manage the drivers and houseboats. They coordinate through another local agent in Kerala. While this may be common in the travel industry, it also explains why issues like the houseboat mix-up and driver delays happened. As customers, we trusted TripOcio to have stronger on-ground control. 5. Final Thoughts There were good moments on this trip, and the hotels that TripOcio selected were genuinely nice. That is why this review is shared in a respectful tone - not to criticise blindly, but in the hope that the team uses this feedback to improve coordination and communication with their Kerala partners. We truly believe TripOcio has the potential to offer wonderful experiences, but stronger execution is needed to match the promises made before the trip. However, based on our journey, we felt a 2-star rating was the fairest reflection of our experience.

Good Travel Planning with Room for Improvement – Recommend with Caution I’ve had two experiences with Tripico Carnival Tours and Travels, and while one was excellent, the other left me with mixed feelings. Last year, I booked a 2-week trip to Bali through Tripico, and it was absolutely fantastic. The arrangements were seamless, and the entire journey was smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Suraj and Girish ji for their outstanding support and coordination throughout the trip. We were genuinely impressed. However, my recent 5N/6D Gujarat trip was not up to the same standard. This time, I coordinated with Vaibhav, who was polite and helpful. But unfortunately, 2 out of the 4 hotels booked were far below expectations—neither safe nor hygienic for families. We had no choice but to stay the night as the bookings were already made. Had we known in advance, we would never have agreed to those accommodations. Another point to note: the trip felt a bit overpriced, though I understand it was peak season. Still, I believe the team should have been more transparent about hotel details before finalizing the bookings. Hidden information like this can really impact the overall experience. That said, the rest of the trip was well-organized, and the driver provided was courteous and professional. So while I do recommend Tripico for their planning and support, I advise future travelers to double-check hotel details beforehand to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
