It was our first experience with them we were very dicey at first but now we are completely satisfied..they handel both our events and decor services...very smoothly

Worst service and an absolutely pathetic attitude. They completely ruined our wedding. Nothing was delivered as promised. If you want your special day to turn into a horror show—with chaos, mismanagement, and even shouting in front of your guests—then go ahead and book them. They took zero accountability for their failures. We were promised real flowers, but they used artificial ones. The carpet was in a disgraceful condition. They committed to a closed dome for a summer wedding, yet left it open—resulting in unbearable heat that made the entire event dull and uncomfortable. Some of our guests even fell sick because of this negligence. Their team is highly unprofessional and only concerned about collecting money and deposits. The hospitality team is equally disappointing—they do not care about your event or your guests at all. For them, it’s just a transaction, not your once-in-a-lifetime moment. I strongly recommend choosing anyone else but them.

"Highly recommend Seven Starz Events! Their team did an outstanding job with the decor for our family event. Every single detail—from the table settings to the grand entrance—felt premium, elegant, and unique. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly polite and accommodating throughout the day. It’s hard to find planners who deliver exactly what they promise, but these guys completely exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be booking them again for future celebrations!"
