MATChBOX - Integrated Event Management Company

Highest level of commitment and dedication of team. All guests were overwhelmed by arrangements of stage, light, and sound system.

Matchbox under the leadership of Mr Sahu has been working efficiently since many years. The innovation and customised approach they bring for their client is really appreciable. They give proper time, understand the requirement and then delivers the solution at an affordable cost. The team at Matchbox also works passionately and are always ready to go extra mile with their client. They have been a saviour for us in many occasions adjusting last minute demands. Kudos to the complete team!!!

Have known Match Box for over two decades and they organised many events for us flawlessly. They have a very good team who share the passion for excellence. The best part is once you brief them on the expectations, one can leave it to them to organise events in an exciting and innovative manner, Would highly recommend them for any corporate as well as personal /social events.

Really happy with the promptness this team has and quality you deliver Siddharth was my contact reference and the smooth execution at corporate level with followup makes you our favourite choice.

Matchbox was a good find for me. After trying multiple agencies from Mumbai and digging a big hole in my pocket to get some creative work done I almost gave up on designing front. A friend of mine recommended them, who tried them for managing a large-size event for his company. First I was a bit apprehensive about giving a job to them since they quoted lesser than my expectations (a typical buyer mentality). But they amazed me with their work. I was even more surprised to see the team's readiness to try something new. The client servicing team was quite responsive and when required, the MD of the company also got involved in the discussions. Not only agency is managed by thorough advertising professionals but also bubbling with young and creative talent from all the aspects. On the budget front, as mentioned before, I have got better results for the same brief that I gave to other Mumbai based agencies and at the lesser cost than the freelancers. I wish all the best to entire Matchbox team to keep raising their bar and take on large size national agencies. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
