⭐ Updated Review We hired this agency for our home interior work. At first, the work looked nice, but our overall experience was not good. 1. Not professional – Most of the design inputs were given by my mother, not by their team. They also took much longer than promised. 2. Very bad after-service – It has been around 9–10 months since the work was completed, and we’re facing several problems with the furniture and interiors. Despite multiple calls, they have not responded or provided any help. Update (in response to their comment): There were many days when your labour team didn’t show up for work — that was the main reason for the delay, not the minor design changes we discussed. Also, all our payments were cleared long ago, so using “pending dues” as a reason to avoid after-sale service is not fair. We have been calling your team for a long time regarding multiple issues, but you haven’t answered. If there really was any payment confusion, you could have at least picked up the call and discussed it — we would have happily resolved it. After-sales support is part of professional service, and we have only been asking for basic maintenance help, not any new work. Good design isn’t just about how it looks in the beginning, but also about reliability and service later. Sadly, our experience remains disappointing.

The quality of work done is pathetic. Trust between client and service manager is worthless. It's been 4 months since the work started and half of the work is pending and the completed work is not at all in good shape like mica is torned out, plywood is of poor quality, the other engineers and labour that comes for work has torned/broken out the washrooms, walls, wallpapers, etc causing water seepage and other costs that I'll have to incur. Neither they receive the call nor they respond to the messages. Terrible experience so far!

We got our home interiors done by Plansys India. One thing I noticed clearly is that they follow a proper structure — from design finalization to execution and site coordination. Initially, I tried to speed things up and do a few things my way, like directly coordinating with vendors and suggesting small changes during execution. That actually made things slightly complicated and slowed down progress. Later I understood why they insist on following a proper process. Once we trusted their system and allowed them to handle things as per their structure, the workflow became smooth and stress-free. Good learning experience for us as homeowners.
