SketchMyPlan

I would like to thank Sketch my plot and their team in providing me a complete package of 2D, 3D drawings, structure plan, drainage plan, wiring plan along with elevation plan in a very affordable package. Mr. Mohsin, his office team was always in touch and coordinated well asking my preferences and feedback after every plan they shared. I would like to thanks SMPD and it's team for their support in development of drawings and well thought structure plan for my G+2 dream home. Thanks!

I had an outstanding experience with Sketch My Plot while building my new home. From the very beginning, their team was professional, attentive, and truly invested in my vision. They provided innovative design solutions and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality resulted in a stunning final product that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to build or renovate their dream home!

Sketch My Plot (SMPD) is a very bad and worst architecture firm and full focus on payments from client. They will call you mainly for payment only not for drawings. They don't bother about changes in the drawings and the submission of drawings. Most of the people who write the good reviews here is internal from this firm and staff only. Maximum reviews are fake here. They Take your money in advance... Very slow service, multiple errors and excuses for not changing. There no unlimited corrections. So, please don't go with sketch my plot firm otherwise you will put in trouble in future. My case they were fail in making plan and then I gave the same plan. They just done cut copy past and that's it and drawing done. No designs analysis. Thumb rule structure designs like contractors such as column, footings and beams sizes etc. They donot understand structure designs analysis. Their Lack of knowledge can put your money and you in high risk. They charge RS 10000 to 13000 to put some one in a big trouble and risk. They may also refuse that I am their client. I can show payment receipts if they do so.

My experience with SMPD has been nothing short of perfect. I was thinking of building a two floor home, for that I reached out to SMPD and I am thoroughly satisfied with what they have designed. In addition to the 3D model they have also designed pillar position and structure model, drainage system, electricity supply system, furniture position plan all included in one single package. Moreover they have entirely different group of designers for different purposes like 3D modelling, drainage system, pillar positioning, electricity supply system... So the designs are always accurate and leave no chance of complains... If any, you can also edit and make amends to the plans that they have prepared as many times as you want... Also, I could talk to the engineers directly for any changes that I wanted to make in their designs. Briefly put, they have provided a smooth and hassle-free experience and I am satisfied with their design... They are totally worth it...

I had engaged Sketch my plot for elevation design for my house and I am very happy with the work delivered. Sketch my plot was very professional at the same time friendly and easy to communicate. Specially thnks alot to elevation department faculty.

Pathetic service. Render image is not matching with actual color. they gave me colour code 7990. It is not matching at all with render image. I dont know How people are giving 5 ratings. I dont know whether these are paid reviews. I feel like cheated. I wasted my money and look of my new house. I dont recommended this service to any body.
