I got my house designed by Mystic Canvas last year and I involved Arushi in my house interior from the civil stages itself. Positives: - She is polite, patient and professional in all her dealings and is able to bring fresh and modern perspectives and concepts. - She was able to design certain highlight areas in our house really beautifully such as storage unit below our stair case, double height Lobby areas, etc. Negatives: - I found the execution to be disappointing. This could be slightly attributed to the fact that the agencies involved in the house were not hers. But I found a lack of proactivity where I had to chase for the next set of things almost all the time, whether it be designs/selections/visits. - Space planning in certain areas should have been better. Most of the designs were built from a very 2D POV and how these elements should come together in 3D space was often an afterthought. For example placement of breakfast counter, it's chairs, dining table, its chairs, dining console were not thought well and has made up for a congested space eventually. - I felt a strong over reliance on wooden work, which was not my preference and led to many un-required expenses. These could have been avoided with right planning during civil work itself. In my case all the walls in the hall area ended up having wooden paneling, including a complete faux wooden wall for the TV Unit which was completely unnecessary. Overall, house interiors are a very personal preference and do checkout more projects from Mystic canvas to ensure the design and implementation is aligned with your needs. Also, while finalising any interior designing agency be very clear and aligned about your expectations around designs, selection support, project management, execution, material preference.

Will definitely recommend Arushi and her work. She is extremely creative and ensures your needs are well taken care of and executes them with utmost dedication and brings your vision aesthetically to life.
