My plot size is 2000 sq. ft. I tried many places online before finally coming across Maruti House Design. Er. Suraj Verma prepared a 2D house plan for my plot, and so far my experience has been very good. Er. Suraj Verma has been very cooperative and professional throughout the process. He carefully understood my requirements and designed the plan exactly as I wanted. I requested 2–3 changes in the plan, and he patiently made all the modifications without any issue. The most important thing is that the designs and drawings are very efficient in a minimal price. I really appreciate the way Er. Suraj Verma communicates and ensures that the client’s needs are fully satisfied. This review is based on the 2D planning stage. I will also be getting the 3D design and structural specifications done, and I will definitely come back with a complete review once the full project is finished.

Er.Jayesh did a fantastic job with our residential build. They provided a highly detailed structural plan and were excellent at explaining technical concepts to us in simple terms. Thank you Maruti house design.

Very good service and very good response. And my special thanks to Mitai Paliwal ma'am who has created a very excellent house elevation plan as per my needs. You all are brilliant.

I was searching for the best house planning services for constructing my home on my plot. During this time, I received a call from Nikkita. After 3–4 follow-up calls, she convinced me to proceed, and I had my first meeting with Manoj. At that time, he explained the services included in the full planning and mentioned a timeline of 7 to 10 days. However, the planning took around 2.5 months to complete. After completion, they only provided a PDF file, and despite their initial promise, they refused to provide the final colored hard copy files. Ms. Metali worked on the 3D and 2D elevations of my house. She is very hardworking. My suggestion to her is to continue developing her skills, as this seems to be a learning stage in her career. She should explore and learn more related to her field. Mr. Jayesh is the engineer for my project. Out of 5 scheduled visits, he completed 2 visits. He is experienced and explains the working plan very well. I will share a more complete review after the entire project is finished.
