Maruti House Design

***** especially for Er Pushpendra! Collaborating with Maruti House Design Pvt. Ltd. for my House Plan has been a great experience for me. The engineers and other HR staff of Maruti House Design are very cooperative and understanding. Though there were quite a few inconsistencies in their work, I would especially like to thank one person who is very understanding and who has kept my hope alive. Forget about the quality of the work, but what matters most to me and what really makes me feel so good was the attitude and behavior of this man. He's such a nice guy and very professional in his attitude towards his clients. He's truly an asset for Maruti House Design Pvt. Ltd. Thanks a lot Er Pushpendra. May you have a very successful career ahead!

Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs I am deeply unhappy with the services provided. What seemed like a professional setup turned out to be a complete scam. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Payment First, Service Later: They demanded full payment upfront. Once the money was paid, their behavior changed completely. Lack of Professionalism: Initially, they pretended to act professionally, but in reality, it was all about stalling and wasting time. Poor Communication: They assigned an architect who took my inputs, but I received no feedback for 2-3 days. Later, I was informed that the architect had been changed, and the new person wasn’t aware of any previous discussion. Repeated Follow-Ups: I had to make several back-to-back calls and constantly follow up to get updates. Still, I received house plans with confusing and unclear dimensions. Delayed and Incomplete Deliverables: They never provided the 2D plan on time. Every small change would take an entire day, and updates were given only in the late evening—conveniently close to their closing hours. Disorganized and Unclear Contacts: They kept calling from unknown numbers, making it impossible to track who was handling my project at any given time. Unreliable Promises: On one occasion, they promised to deliver my house plan before 7:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, their phones were switched off, leaving me feeling completely cheated. Uncooperative Design Team: The designer assigned later was rude, uncooperative, and failed to understand even basic requirements. It took a lot of time and effort to get through to them. Final Output Was Incorrect: Despite everything, the final 3D image provided didn’t match my house plan at all. When I questioned them, they simply said they had misunderstood the plan—an unacceptable excuse after so many discussions. Recommendation: Please avoid using their services. They are not worth your time, money, or mental peace. Hiring a local architect or designer who can understand your needs and communicate clearly would be a far better choice. This service only caused delays, confusion, and disappointment throughout the process.

I have so much trust issue, Par jab mene maruti house design se services purchase ki tab mujhe laga ki online services pr trust kiya ja sakta he, team ka response bohot accha he, kam bhi working quality bhi best he, or kaam do din ke andar hi provide krdete he, Me services se kaffi satisfied hu.

Unprofessional Service – A Complete Waste of Money. • Payment Trap: Demanded full payment upfront, then stopped providing quality service. • Zero Communication: No feedback for days; forced me to make constant follow-up calls. • Poor Coordination: Fresher engineer working they have not much ideas for good design. • Subpar Quality: After weeks of stalling, I received house plans with confusing and unclear dimensions. No call from engineer to explain anything. • Verdict: Avoid this business. They act professional at first, choose offline at same cost.in quotation they are giving many promises but not delivered.
