Hello I got this contact from Google when I was searching for a vendor or contractor or company who can do the turnkey interior project. Because I don't live in Indore. I am an IT professional based in Singapore. But my family lives in Indore and I don't want them to involve in my interior project. Because last time my father get stucked for more than 4to 5months. So I decided to go for turnkey solutions. I searched so many and shortlist many. After so many discussions with so many companies I convinced with Modiji and give him my dream project. His technique and concept is totally different. Design, execution and team is highly appreciated and recommended for interior. As per Modiji instructions we finalise design layout and 3D view then after all acceptance he raise final quotation as per design and a marginal negotiation on that we finalise the whole project in one go with timeline. Without any disturbance he handover the keys before the date of completion. Thank you Team Interior Note - some issues raised with the design at the time of execution from my parents and that were very smartly handled by Modiji. Myself Pooja Punjabi Reside in indore, my home was completed in 2018 by Architect cum Interior Designer Mustafa Modi. We got his reference from a hotelier in Bengaluru. I want my home should be earth rooted. Mustafa design it very well. It is a rustic, simple and rooted design, surrounded by a lush green landscape garden. The terracotta jaali walls in the porch allow air to circulate over the water body, allowing evaporative cooling to take place, lowering the total temperature inside the house. The open ventilators on the top floor and wooden windows present in this sloping roof home also help to keep the house cool. He used the real wood furniture and Stairs to give a complement to home interior. Now after 5years I m writing this review when I got the message from Mustafa. Here I must tell you one thing that even after 4years our home and interior is as good as it was in 2018. Thank you Mustafa

This 5-room BTO is a stunning tribute to colonial charm, expertly designed by Modiji for a homeowner from Indore with a deep appreciation for heritage. The warm blend of rich wood tones and soft neutrals creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The communal areas are beautifully anchored by dark brown laminates, vintage-style lighting, and classic wall trimmings, which add depth and timeless character. The master bedroom is a serene oasis, with sheer lace curtains, a cushioned bay window, and soft lighting that create a peaceful ambiance. Modiji's attention to detail is impressive, with every element carefully chosen to reflect the homeowners' love for heritage. The classic bedposts, delicate details, and botanical-patterned tiles in the bathroom all contribute to a sense of elegance and sophistication. What stands out most is the way Modiji has seamlessly integrated new pieces with vintage elements, creating a space that feels like it's been lovingly curated over time. The result is a home that's both beautiful and timeless. Kudos to Modiji for crafting such a stunning and charming home.
