I would like to clarify that my review is not based solely on the fact that they refused to take back the furniture. I fully understand that their business model does not involve reselling or buying back used furniture. However, what compelled me to leave this rating is the quality of the material used in the furniture, which I discovered much later when I tried to resell it. When I approached other buyers to sell the furniture from my medical shop, I was told that the material used was Novapan particle board, one of the cheapest and least durable materials available in the market. Because of this, the highest resale price I was offered for the entire furniture set—originally purchased for ₹2,23,000—was just around ₹10,000. I do understand that second-hand furniture never sells for its original value, but this drastic difference in price was solely because of the poor quality of materials used. Had a better-quality material been used, the resale value would have been significantly higher. Also, I would respectfully like to correct the statement made in their response that ₹2 lakh is a "nominal amount." For a person starting a small business with limited savings, ₹2,23,000 is by no means a nominal amount. Every rupee counts when someone is trying to build something from scratch. Lastly, they mentioned in their reply that they "helped furnish" my store. With due respect, this was not help or charity in any form—this was a purely commercial transaction, and I was charged ₹2,23,000 for it. Any suggestions or recommendations given during the process were part of the service I was paying for, not personal favors. I wish the transaction had been more transparent regarding the type of materials being used so that I could have made a better-informed decision. This review is my personal experience and honest opinion so that other customers can make better, well-informed decisions.

It has been a great experience working with the Team Interior. The team provided regular updates to me and interior designer allowed for inspections while they were making the furniture. I also got my wardrobes done from the team at their factory. The quality of the end product has been satisfactory. Even after the delivery the team was very prompt in attending to any issues/concerns which came up. Thank you for such a lovely interior. Positive Punctuality, Quality Services Interior decorating

I got this contact from my neighbour where team interior working. I was continuously observing their work. After completion of work and finding satisfied by me and my family we asked the contact details. In very first meeting his concept was very impressive. After finalising design, work progress was little bit slow due to onsite carpentry and civil work. But due to their factory manufacturing facility speed was managed and almost done on time as he said. Work was very impressive and finishing was too good. Thanks Modiji Best part is mandir design by him
