Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

Excellent product, acrylic laminate is top notch. Edit: Punctuality is something they need to work upon. It can be a one off case but we still are waiting for a small repair to 2 of the units plus installation of a unit even after 3 days of its arrival. #livspace Positive Quality Services Cabinetry & hardware design, Kitchen design

Thank You Riya , Kusagra & Mayank to give me answer of each quaery of the back of mind . Very Professional Team

Don't even know where to start from. Apart from furniture quality everything is possibly the worst one can expect. The policies and services are awful. The escalation chain is a joke. 200+ calls and numerous email exchanges later, still work is not completed. Mr Sourabh and Mr Rahul who were from operations team gave false promises and deadline which were never met. They will start ignoring the calls after some time. Will ask to write rigged positive feedback for them and company to glorify it and make the rating boost. Didn't return our money for the products which were incorrect in dimension. Basically Don't go for them and try any other company

Had a great discussion with the designer he explained very well very helpful person Kartik nagar.

We have had good experience overall with livespace team in getting our kitchen furniture. There were some hiccups though Initially in getting the project kick started but ultimately it was all handled well. Special mention for Mr. Sourabh from operations team, he possess God knowledge of the work and has helped us to get the project completed to our satisfaction.

It has been a great experience in the end. Earlier when we started with the Livspace design team showed us some excellent utilisation of space with some extra features. But when the product came few of the things were missing. I learned that before making the final order to the production team one should check it twice. After 25 days when the installation team came for inspection before installation of the kitchen they really explained things in a detailed manner and let us know what needed to be done from our end. They coordinated well with the tiles, carpentry and granite related workers and explained to them what really needs to be done. In all this installation process Sourabh Jain has been available all the time and he was there whenever we needed him. Coordinated well with all the other workers. We are happy with the end result. Thanks a lot Sourabh and team Livspace 🙌🙂 Positive Professionalism
