For my interior design work, working with #livspace has been an amazing experience. Everything about the process, from design to execution, went without a hitch. execution of a projection Project leader Shahrukh Khan did a great job managing it. Don't get into their trap of trials. They will never refund your money if you don't like their products. No timelines by when refund would be deposited despite following up since a week. They just pass it on internally to other teams and never loop in the respective team in the email so that the updates can be tracked over the email itself. Also, there is no link provided to go to the service ticket which you raise despite of asking multiple times. So basically, no transparency to the customer. Pathetic company protocols I have ever seen where there is no transparency to the user. Eventually they force you to go to consumer court.

Kindly do not ever visit to this fancy looking studio, it just another scam model to loot rich people. I recently visited one of their Indore Vijay Nagar based store, and two of their representative took me to a cabin do show a live demo of my basic requirement and one of the representative open her laptop and did some very basic drag & drop objects which are not at looking looking good but still she kept on convincing me that this is good and minimal. Post that one of their store manager comes in and tried to explain me the things again, and started asking me to onboard with them by paying 25K and the quote they have given me for my basic requirement was 2.10Lac. And when I told them that I need some time to think, their attitude changed all of the sudden and they stop explaining things and when I again asked something regarding the products one of the representative said; 'we'll explain everything when you get onboard' It means they just want your 25k initially and once you pay it, they will customise your requirement again and the initial amount which they gave you will go again 20-30% beyond. Plz don't fall under such fancy looking places, as they only fake things. And trust me all these 5 stars reviews are fake and they have been only posted by their people only and those with 1-2 stars are actually the real ones with real problems.

Nice work.and fix allignment very well.we are satifying about work .

I was very satisfied with the interior designers who worked on my project. They shared a lot of images and they involved us during the design phase. They were also flexible and knowledgeable. Honestly speaking, when it came to the execution team, I didn’t really consider one person to be the project manager as I interacted with three people who were all very helpful. Overall, the entire execution team was really good. They worked well on-site and took measurements efficiently. Now that the project is done, the very first thing that I like is the finishing. The finish of the entire house is very good and looks-wise, everything looks great. According to me, the finish wouldn’t be this great if I had gone with local carpenters. I wouldn’t be able to get the aesthetics that I wanted and we wouldn’t be able to get the laminates that we got with Livspace from others. The variety of products, such as pull-up trolleys, shades, etc. is the second thing that I liked about working with Livspace as an interior design company. I am sure I wouldn’t get these options with other interior design companies. The overall design and the materials used are also good. Everybody who visits my house really likes my modular kitchen. My modular kitchen is huge - almost as big as a living room, and people really like the island in it. People ask me where I got my kitchen done and I tell them about Livspace as an interior design company. Positive Professionalism

Product is all good no problem with this but one of their salespeople had false commitment with me and now they are trying to be escaping. I have already raised an issue on their website and the communication is going on. I will update the status once my problem gets resolved.
