Livspace Indore team is completely fraud. Mayank Jain who will do fake promises at the time of booking and will insist you to pay the amount Rs 25000 and will commit to complete the project with in your budget.Later after site measurements they will increase the price by considerable amount even if there is no change in the design. This person Mayank Jain will not come into picture from second meeting.Farhan who will takeover the project from second meeting doesn't even know what to speak. He will give unreasonable excuses why price was increased and when you don't agree he will try to mislead by saying that you need to decide quickly as he and his designer is going out of town. When you escalate the issue to their manager Kushagra Tiwari stating , he will stop responding to your phone calls. Please be very cautious while giving any booking amount . Complete team and company is fraud from top to bottom. Would have given negative rating if there had been any such option. Edit1: There has been still no response from the team.As usual unprofessionalism is their culture, which they are maintaining.

I meet your designer Deepanshi ji at Indore office, she is having very good knowledge of designing & she explained everything perfectly, It's a verygood experience to visit livspace Indore office.

STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING ! Posting a review after 5 moths of using their service and waiting for these people to respond. I’m based in Indore , I inquired about their modular kitchen around Feb 2024. A person named Ayush Manglani visited and sweet talked all about their expertise in Kitchen and their warranty and all the good stuff, he came in and asked for requirements and started building and estimate for advance. As soon as the advance was paid, this man completely vanished off the project, handing it over to a designer sitting in Kolkata, Richa Agrawal ( which they fail to mention before taking in an advance) , this designer was given exact specification of my requirement (along with physical drawings), but she seemed to be in a hurry to wrap up the project and messed my kitchen handles and on top if it , she continued to argue about how I was wrong and I had repost the specification drawing , for her to accept her fault. After realising their mistake, they decided to change the handles , the handles were finalised on 28th April 2024, it is 23rd September today, there is no response from these people. These people will mislead you into thinking that they are providing you with quality. You will be stuck with incompetent designers who are sitting in a different state and an ignorant local team who will do nothing. The person handling my project here were. Mr. Rahul Singh(only one who at least responds) and Sourabh Jain ( who I think has moved from Indore) Hire these people if you want to have anxiety issues and if you do not love your money. If you are from Indore , Please find a local modular kitchen designer , who can sit with you and directly deal with you and guide you rather than handing your case over to multiple people who’ll keep delaying you without solutions. Also please note these people have a lot of caveats and restrictions which you’ll only find out once you’ll give them 50% non refundable advance. They’ll void your warrant for petty things. Also the kitchen was installed in May and has already stared to fall apart, loose hinges, tandems tilting and multiple faults in different hardware. I will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends. Please Check their Instagram page and the comment section there, if you decided to go ahead with these people. I regret I didn’t see it first. Please do not be fooled by their 5 star ratings here, they’ll post these rating off the poor service person who comes to fix the hardware every few months. As I came to post this, I realised they posted my review of the service person as my review for them. So the pervious high rating was not for them , but for the service person who came to fix the hardware after 3 months of initial installation. Project # 2449299

Livspace has always provided the best after Sales service, team is responsive and spontaneous in providing solutions! Mr. Ashraf and his team have been constantly coordinating to resolve the issue. Highly impressive and recommended company for anyone looking for reliable after service solutions for home interior! Have got good response from the post hand over team. Team that have come to diagnose and resolved @Kailash and Prashant were very diligent and properly diagnosed the issue to resolve it on time.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Livspace. The project faced significant delays, extending over several months, which was extremely frustrating. Their unprofessional attitude was evident throughout the process, with little to no communication or involvement once the payment was made. It was disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and customer focus from a company that markets itself as a leader in interior design. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly research and consider alternatives before engaging with livspace.

Product quality is okay and good behavior of Mr. Shahrukh khan and Farhan. Positive Professionalism
