Good suggestions direction provide by shadha and raina Thank both of you

My livspace journey started upon visiting their experience centre. I had just raised an query over website, later I got call from their team and fixed an appointment on same day. It was a busy weekend for them and we had shared floor plan our kitchen. The same time they drafted a model layout for our kitchen. Mr. Simon George and Ms. Karnita Jaiswal handled the job professionally. Initially we had small discussion about the work. It took me about 10-15 days to finalise Livspace to do my kitchen. Even after those 15 days they remembered what we had discussed on first meeting. At this time we were not even onboarded but their responsiveness made to finalise my decision. Upon onboarding comes the discussion part. They took a day or two to come out with proper 3d layout of kitchen. After 2-3 discussion meetings, our kitchen was finalised. Ms. Pragya was also involved in the same. Her efficiency and inputs in designing add to the job. Upon making our mind over kitchen comes the production part. They take 45-60 days as TAT after making final order depending on site readiness and type of services. My kitchen was completed way before target date(16 days prior). Before and after raising order they make a detailed visit to the site. They carefully inspect and describe their suggestions with relevance. Also guide if any changes need to made before starting job(civil work if any). Mr. Pourush Jaiswal and Mr. Amulya made visit at our site and promptly explained everything to us. Upon order delivery Mr. Pourush coordinated well till site completion. He kept in constant touch regarding the updates and requirements. The whole work was done professionally and good workmanship. Also the hardware and material used are of premium and durable quality. At every stage they give you proper response and solve your queries. Not to forget efforts of Ms. Shalini, Mr. Umesh from the installation team and all other team members who helped in my project. Kudos!!! Keep up the good work. Recommended for their value for money.

Good timing with yours serves
