BungalowMakers / Architecture , Interior design and House construction Company

"Main bungalow makers ki services se bahut khush hoon. Unhone mere ghar ka design aur decoration kaam bahut achhe se kiya. Unka kaam ki quality bahut achhi thi, aur unhone mere saath bahut achhe se communication kiya. Project time par complete hua aur budget ke andar raha. Main unhein 5-star rating doonga aur unki services ko recommend karunga. Special thanks Rachna Mail ji ko unke behtareen guidance ke liye. Aapke bina yeh project itna successful nahi hota.

The worst experience i am having with these guys. I have never seen and dealt with such a lousy and unprofessional team in service industry. They have created a group for communication but nobody responds even after sending multiple messages. They are so rigid in approach that they do not provide options if you don’t like a design. My building contractor who is a regular client to these guys is also helpless. They do not even respond for sending already approved designs if you ask to resend them. Will never recommend to anyone to work with these guys. So if anyone looking to hire them think 10 times and be ready to bang your head after hiring them. There are better professional and responsive people available in the market.

Very good experience with Bungalow Makers. A professional team with strong planning and quality construction. The design, material selection, and execution were well managed. The team was responsive and cooperative, and the work was completed on time. Highly recommended for bungalow and villa projects. 👍

I am incredibly impressed with the work of Bangalow Makers and Mr. Ashwin Mandloi on my 1700 sqft office project. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. One of the standout points was the on-time completion of the project, which was crucial for my business operations. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the build. They provided a cost-effective solution that didn't compromise on quality or aesthetics. The great design they came up with perfectly utilized the space, and the fact that they offer a complete service under one roof made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Bangalow Makers for anyone in Indore looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional team to handle their construction or renovation needs.

Extremely disappointing experience. We hired this bungalow maker for floor plan design, but the work was never properly completed. The overall professionalism was extremely poor, and the team lacked adequate technical knowledge. The ground floor layout felt congested and overly complex, and the first floor design did not meet our expectations at all. The design direction was completely different from what we had envisioned for our home. Even after sharing the designs, they did not take proper client approval nor officially close the project, which clearly reflects weak process and accountability. The sales representative, Vishwajeet Singh, was very rude in communication and frequently did not respond to calls or messages, which made coordination extremely frustrating. Another concerning point is that many of the Google reviews appear to be from internal team members rather than real customers, giving a misleading impression. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend not trusting such an unprofessional organization with your dream home. Order Id: XXXXXXXXXX152

Gave a very small work and paid in advance. Extremely poor communication and delivery after money was paid. Did not understand or took any feedback. As a response to this they will justify themselves which will also be piece of unprofessional evidence of the folks who were involved in the project. I left the WhatsApp group and ignored it. Had to find someone else to get my thing done.

I had a very good experience working with this architectural firm for my house planning. My office colleague Raj recommended them to me, and after that I contacted Shivani (Sales Associate), who guided me properly from the beginning and explained the whole process patiently. Special thanks to Vishwajeet, who is a senior architect and personally looked into my project with great attention to detail. His technical knowledge and practical suggestions were very helpful. I would also like to thank the entire team for their effort, patience, and time invested in finalising my plan. There were multiple layout changes from my side, and I truly appreciate how professionally the team handled every revision. After a detailed review, I am fully satisfied with the final layout and have given my approval with confidence. I was also pleasantly surprised when the founder, Ashwin Mandoli, personally contacted me and took interest in my project. That really shows their professionalism and client-focused approach. Overall, a very supportive, skilled, and reliable team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning to build a house.

I submitted my house plan to Bungalow Makers. They provided me with a very good plan. They created the plan, structure, and elevations very well. I was especially helpful with Mr. Vishwajeet. Whenever I call to discuss plans, Vishwajeet and the other engineers respond immediately. Today, my second slab is also complete. I wish your company all the best in the future.

Bunglow Makers team is doing great job. Bunglow Makers team ke sath maine 3 project kiye hai. Aur har project ka experience bahut hi superb hai. Chahe Planing me'n changes ho ya Elevation me'n they always focus on the satisfaction of client. Specially team member Shivani Ma'am... Shivani Ma'am doing great job with giving kind attention to her clients. A very special thank to team and Ma'am for providing such a great, nice and awesome service... God bless you all team of Bunglow Makers.

More than three months after submitting a clear requirement sheet, there is still no finalized plan. My requirement was for G+2, and they couldn’t even deliver a proper ground floor layout. Completely unacceptable. Discussions happen with one person, work is done by another, and there is zero alignment. Team members keep changing, and every time I have to restart the same explanation from scratch. Any requested change goes into an endless loop with no real progress. They started without a proper planning call, show no ownership, and take advance payment while making clients chase them for basic updates. Calls go unanswered. Timelines mean nothing. Owner Ashwin shows zero accountability and no seriousness toward commitments. Three months wasted. No proper plan delivered. Stay strictly away if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
