I had an excellent experience with Naksha Store Architecture Company in Indore. Their team is highly professional, creative, and detail-oriented. The architectural designs are modern, practical, and tailored to client requirements. Communication was smooth throughout the project, and they delivered quality work on time. I highly recommend Naksha Store to anyone looking for reliable architectural and interior design services.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I paid the full amount for a 3D elevation design in advance with a promised delivery timeline of 3–5 days. It has now been more than 40 days, and I still do not have a final design. The designs shared during this period were extremely poor and did not reflect the reference images or requirements I clearly explained multiple times. It honestly felt like generic or copied designs with no understanding of my actual needs. Even after detailed feedback and multiple revisions, basic elements like parking placement, hall layout, entry points, and balcony access were repeatedly ignored. Communication is another major issue — calls go unanswered, and follow-ups require constant chasing from the client side. There is no accountability or ownership. Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend others to think twice before hiring them if you expect professionalism, creativity, or timely delivery. Note: Every time a new designer is assigned tells you that he will do work that you had never seen but again same copied designs are shared I am attaching a few designs shared by them as a reference point.
