I used Make My House for house design and related support services. The concept is excellent, and the platform has a lot of potential. However, my experience with their customer support and design modification process was not very satisfactory. One of the biggest challenges is the response time. If you need quick answers or urgent assistance, this service may not be the right choice. It often takes a long time to receive replies, and in many cases, you need to request a callback. Even then, the callback may come the next day or after a few days, depending on the workload of their engineers and architects. Another important point is the design revision process. Making changes can be quite difficult and time-consuming. Once a design is finalized and approved through their app, they generally do not allow further modifications, or the process becomes very complicated. Therefore, it is extremely important to review every detail carefully before giving final approval. Overall, the idea behind the service is fantastic, but the execution could be improved significantly, especially in terms of customer support responsiveness and flexibility for design changes. Considering both the positives and negatives, I would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars. If you have plenty of time and are not in a hurry, the service may work for you. Otherwise, plan accordingly and choose wisely.

I paid INR 32,000 to them for my house plan, and it turned out to be completely useless. ​Here are the main reasons why I strongly advise against using their services online: ​Location & Regional Gap: My project is located in Tamil Nadu, and this company operates from Madhya Pradesh. There is a huge gap in understanding local requirements, regional preferences, and ground realities. ​Terrible Delay in Revisions: Building a house requires multiple adjustments. Every time I requested a simple change, they took 4 to 5 working days just to respond. This slow process completely kills your precious time and delays the entire project. ​Waste of Money: Because of their constant delays and lack of prompt response, I had no choice but to drop their incomplete work and get my house plan designed by a local engineer to avoid further delays. My 32k is completely wasted. ​My Advice to New Customers: If you can visit their office directly in Madhya Pradesh, meet them in person, and get your plan suggestions face-to-face, it might work for you. But if you are planning to deal with them online from another state like Tamil Nadu, please do not waste your time and money. Hire someone locally who understands your needs and responds quickly.
