I took the interior design support for my 3BHK home. Make My House team has professional approch and provided an extensive technical support require for every need, right from layout, electrical, falseceling, furniture drawings, colour pallets and many more informaton whihc one may reuqire at every level. and 3D images makes us more confident about how the thigs will look like, very high level of skills the one can expect and worth working with MMH team ( specially Deisign team of Ms. Palak). All you need to give reasonable time so the can work, yes, I strongly recommand for the service,

Just wanted to say a sincere thanks to Ar.Akshat Chouhan for the work he have done for me in creating our amazing new space.Overall, a fantastic plan that truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend your work.

I am sharing this review to provide a clear perspective on my experience with the Make My House team. I had chosen Make My House for planning my new home. Their sales team requested full payment in advance, assuring continuous support and timely assistance throughout the project. However, after making the payment, the team was slow to initiate work despite my providing a detailed brief of my requirements. The project only moved forward after multiple follow-ups from my end. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Er. Atul Soni for his professionalism, prompt communication, and consistent support. He played a key role in ensuring the project progressed smoothly, often stepping in when other team members were unresponsive or delayed in their communication. His assistance in connecting me with the concerned departments was extremely valuable. Unfortunately, during the project, my relationship manager, Ms. Deeksha Chaudhary, resigned, which led to repeated discussions of the same requirements with different team members. This, coupled with delayed responses, made the overall experience quite challenging. Although the project was eventually completed, it was significantly delayed from the committed timeline. I genuinely appreciate the dedicated efforts of Mr. Atul Soni, whose constant support helped me navigate through the process. There is a significant scope for improvement in Make My House’s team coordination, client communication, and overall project management.
