Make My House

We liked your work very much, with the help of the entire team of Make My House, we are able to build our dream house. Everyone in the team is very supportive nature. Thank you very much to the entire team of Make My House Specially Atul ji's nature and behavior is very good. Thank you so much atul ji you are the best person.

Their unskilled engineers spoild my entire foundation construction which costed me laks to correct. I had to switch to a different engineer. Their engineers do not listen and don’t even provide clarification for errors they make in structure design. Rather they would ask you to prove the structural design is wrong

-Initial House plan given wasn't according to vastu ..I realize it after others suggestion .kitchen wasn't according to vastu .I have to change that initial plan but till the time ground base construction was done .That's small mistake is a error of my house now. These errors shouldn't be by professionals. Harshida coordination good but that's not enough for your house .You need well preferred Civil Planning Engineers for this to build your house.

Extremely Dissatisfied with the service they render.... No doubt clearing on time. No Service on time.... They dont care about your timelines, they just bother about their system. They are not customer oriented. they are their system oriented. It does not matter for him if customer is facing even serious issue because of any reason attributed to them, but they will never extend their hand beyond their traditional system and belief. It takes more than 2-3 days to resolve silly to silly modification discussions etc.... The worst ever service which is purely self centered not customer centered. Will not recommend any one to this company. Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality Services Service not listed

They are charging around 400rs just for a AI generated plan. Just looting.

A good professional team which will understand the requirement thoroughly and provide you the best expertise possible. And they have a proper interaction channel with Clients, like Mr. VAIBHAV interacted with me and he was always available with his team and insights on the designs and details. So in a nutshell, it was a good experience with the company in terms of communication, expertise, timely work and fulfilment of requirement. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
