We had a fantastic experience with Make My House, special thanks to Jaikee, Sarmishtha, and Jitendra. They took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful floor plan that perfectly fits our needs. The elevation design is exactly what we wanted—modern and classy. The team made the whole process easy and were quick to respond to any changes or questions.

We gave them to do the complete interior of our dream 4 BHK bungalow ,its been close to a year now and till date not completed(Pending material details).Please see details below including screen shorts of the conversation via their apps- Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, fake commitments complete lack in service and doesn't value customers. 1) Highly Unprofessional people. My project on INTERION DESIGNING is going on past 9 months and still not completed. Perhaps my construction got completed and there is 2 week delay to start with interiors because of MAKE MY HOME. Regret giving work to them. 2) When I had taken up the project with them, I was promised of completing my work by December by Harshita Gupta, and as you can see my house is ready and not the plan. Fake promises.. only marketing strategy. 3) Mr. Sarvendra head of interior design is very unprofessional, lack in communication, gives fake commitments and doesn't deliver work on time.( Screenshots attached) 4) A small change is taken literally 4-5 days to rectify e.g. remove molding. 5) Any changes to be done, will be provided at the end of the day due to which any more observations on design will be pushed to the next day, resulting in delay of work. 6) Team is not updated with latest design trends and ideas are old fashioned. I had to provide examples of my requirements. They do zero research to meet design requirements. 7) No proper quality check in place. Mostly wrong designs are sent. Customer has to spend time and effort to check. 8) Multiple complaints raised on delay of work, but all went ignored. Even Kiran from compliance didn't help with the issue. Disorganised. 9) Current chat support Nidhi, gives pathetic service on customer end. No replies and no updates. Unresponsive 10) On Friday as committed my work wasn't delivered had raised a complaint again and asked for a call back no- one called. 11) During emergency times when help and co-ordination of the designer was needed there was no immediate call back. 12) Calls never get connected. Every other day they have connectivity issues, which leads to lack of communication. 13) If you want to save time and energy, plear hire professionals and not them. Pathetic, disgusting service. I will definitely not recommend. 14) Mr .Sarvendra tells he is the only point of escalation which is lie.There was compliance (Kiran) who was also not of any help. Very sad to and unfortunate to give services to them.

Makemyhouse did a great job with the overall design, but there were some delays in the project timeline. However, the final result was worth the wait. Their team is incredibly talented and their designs are simply stunning. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional architectural firm.
