Make My House

If Architects work in this way, there is no harm Relying on Contractor (Thekedaar /Mistry ) I had worst experience with MakeMyHouse. They live in Moon( Very Hard to reach) and make plan for Mars ( far from reality and and just bookish). I felt some IT Folks using AI to draft these design with no actual architectural knowledge. Indeed it is waste of money but for sure waste of time too which is key thing in construction.

So dirty services provided by make my house please friend don't take service Waste of time Communication gap My project already on hold due to communication gap a cross my time I did not get satisfied project design so please don't take the services from make my house really humble request please friends don't take the services

The team lacks experience and there isn't any creativity applied by the engineers working here. They haven't added value to the amount paid. This was their floor plan and elevation design package for 10k.

Guys don’t trust them. They are scamming people with there AI. I asked them for 2BHK design they gave me 1BHK and later there is no way to contact them. I tried emailing and call. But no one responding to it. Please stop scamming people or give what they ask. Else there is no meaning of asking so many questions if you are not able to fulfill it.

I have taken a service from this company for which they have charged me 26000,,, but the service they are providing is very third class. Not responding on call,,, not providing the services for which payment is done,,, no timeline followed. It’s a fraud company. At the time of selling they are talking very politely and after that very ordaniery service.

I am working with Make My House for designing of my home which is of typical Goan / Konkani architecture style. They have helped me in designing the floor plan with best of my requirements & also worked on Elevation design up to the expectations. Jitendra Kalar has helped me in getting the design the way I wanted which is combination of Typical Konkani + Modern house. Overall satisfactory results while working with the team. Thanks. Only thing which needs to be improved is internal team communications & passing on the knowledge about the requirement.
