I recently had a wonderful experience with the office interior work done by Makemyhouse. After casually filling up the request form on their website, I was promptly contacted by the Service Manager, Bhushan Bhawsar. He convinced me that the company was great, and I decided to go ahead with their interior package. Initially, I had a set design in mind that I wanted to replicate exactly, inspired by a YouTube video. When I shared this with the team, Designer Mansi Gupta was incredibly persistent in showing me different design options. At first, I was a bit annoyed and insisted on sticking to the YouTube design. However, I’m so grateful that Mansi kept presenting new ideas because the final design turned out to be even better than I could have imagined. Throughout the process, Customer Support Executive Anamika Nagle was always there to help and oversee the work, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The rest of the designers, Nirali Vora and Bhavika Soni, worked quietly behind the scenes, contributing to the impressive outcome. I am thrilled with the results of the office interior work and highly recommend Makemyhouse for their exceptional service, talented designers, and dedicated customer support team. Wrongly advertised, they say there are unlimited reviews but they ask for 11k for every change back in one step, they say they have strict 30 day money back policy and they deny it on email, i have relevant proof where they did this. Their customer service is worst they take forever to make and update a basemap. My overall experience was worse, I wish I would have not taken their full plan, i am also going to dispute the payment with my financial department.
