Make My House

Recently my project (Drawings) for construction of duplex house has been completed by the expert team of “Make My House.com” the online Architectural design plateform. I was desirous to construct a duplex house in Agartala (Tripura) taking the opportunity to stay here for the limited period of time and searching for expert professionals for complete package of home plan . Since, I am now settled in Kolkata and staying outside of the state since last 22 years, naturally, I don't have much idea about the locality. Yet I have visited two firms and talk personally in the locality but found no satisfaction. Finally I have chosen the “ MAKE MY HOME.COM” impressed by their sincere and professional approach. Today the firm has completed the jobs and delivered me all drawings even much ahead of my expected time schedule. I am very much satisfied with the performances of the entire Team members of Make My Home.com.My sincere thanks to Ms Harshita for her nice guidance and help to finalise the contract, My heartfelt thanks also goes to Mr Shubham for his help & support during the post contract period. My special thanks to Mr Aakask for time to time communications and liaison with the technical teams, expert professionals during the time of preparation & finalisation of various drawings. keeping in touch and updating client in multiple means of communications as well as prompt response from MMH is really appreaciable. I found them via google only. Contacted them and they were more than happy to help. Mr. Ashutosh was very helpful and he introduced to all the plans. Seeing some negative reviews here, I was also skeptical as to if they are genuine or not. However I talked to Ashutosh ji and was convinced to give them a chance. I didn't go for the whole plan of designing but just took the basic floor plan because again I was skeptical initially. But seeing there quick response and professionalism behavior I later took the full plan. The best part about them is they don't do anything hidden, whatever the charge, whatever the services they're gonna offer are told very clear and concisely. My house is still under construction since 4 months and still if I find any doubt in the plans I just a drop a message to Mr. Ashutosh via WhatsApp and he arranges a call with the concerned department. Even if you don't have an contractor/engineer for your building, they'll make you understand every detail mentioned so you can easily convey to your workers. The designs provided are amazingly customized to your requirements and are in line with the latest engineering and designing standards as well as Vaastu. I've not seen a better after-sale service than them. They are with you till your house is completed as per your requirements. Looking forward to buying Interior Designing plan as well once I've the basic structure completed. Keep up the good work guys. One should ensure that they have an engineer friend before taking their services. They gave me an elevation option, it looked nice so I said ok, I didnt know the technical part otherwise I would have designed it myself. Now we started building our house as per the plan given by them but then we realized that this elevation is not giving strength to the roof, we called their engineer who agreed with us. I then called my coordinator from make my house and they asked me to pay extra for getting the elevation changed. This is ridiculous, there is no response from them after that and now we have no option but to go with our own whatever design. Negative Professionalism, Value

Make my house has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on my home. Their employees specially Aditya Narayan(Executive) & Anamika are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Make my house for all construction needs. Wonderful experience since I registered for complete service. No issue faced so far during elevation work. Special thanks to Sh. Akshay Tanwer for his great support and understanding approach toward clients. Support of other team members of MMH is also appreciable.

It was a good experience at all. Designer are very professional and understand customer requirement very well. Anamika from Customer sales department listen to every query and try to provide solutions from MMH expert teams ASAP. Farhin did my interior designing work. She is responsive and quickly understand our requirements very well and provide suggestions which suits overall design and helped in executing them as well. Overall it's wonderful experience with MMH but can improve on lead time perspective. I had a terrible experience with this company. The sales person talked sweetly and promised to provide excellent services, but the services provided were absolutely dreadful. The final product was subpar and far from what was initially discussed. And if we told them to improve the drawing they said now you need to give extra money for this. They talked brutally. #RegretChoosingThem

Thank you, Ar. Jeetendra, for being incredibly patient and always ready to make 3d Elevations revisions multiple times until client’s satisfaction. Your positive attitude and willingness to listen is making my project a pleasant experience. Hoping to enjoy the same zeal for the other elevations too.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Akshat Chouhan on designing my new house, and I must say, his ability to understand my vision and surpass it with his creativity was truly remarkable. Despite the plot being slightly off size, Mr. Chouhan ingeniously utilized the space to craft a unique plan that exceeded my expectations. The incorporation of a Gazebo and other elements into the design added a touch of elegance and functionality that I hadn’t even considered. It’s evident that Mr. Chouhan has a keen eye for detail and a talent for transforming limitations into opportunities. I’m eagerly anticipating the 3D elevation execution by his team, as I have full confidence that they will bring that same level of uniqueness and finesse to the final product. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Akshat Chouhan and his team for their exceptional work. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a truly outstanding architectural experience.
