First of all i would like to say thanks to the entire team of "Make My House" And here's the special thanks to: 1. Mr. Azhar Pathan sir as he is assisting us in a very wonderful way and providing us each & every updates regularly since from the begining. 2.Miss Raina mam who had given us such an awesome working plan within just a short period of 2 days only 3.Mr. Shubham sir, Mr. Hussain sir & Miss khushboo mam for the best foundation and entire construction design with zero errors and we can only see the perfection of work in that sheets. 4.Mr. Divakar sir and Miss Pooja mam for the unique and special elevation design as they promise me before that my Home will gonna look different from others and yes they did it also...that 3D elevation is more than our expectations thank you very much Miss. Pooja mam for this beautiful elevation design... And, My project is still going on with full perfection and in professional way...no one can do this like they are doing... I just wanted to say that "make my house" provides the best and perfect dream house design with only satisfaction because they Focus more on customers satisfaction instead of money. Architect Akshat is reluctant to discuss anything nor willing to share any ideas with the client which is so disturbing and disheartening as well. I have availed of the services of Makemyhouse for drawing n designing of interiors fir my 3BHK FLAT at Hyd. From the beginning of the services to the last, MMH team has exhibited great dedication to deliver services to my satisfaction. When ever designs are to be improved upon based on my choices, they happily accepted the job. My experience with Make my house team is very very bad. I have took service in November-19 but still I didn't get complete and accurate drawings. I took 10-15 times continue follow up for each and every drawing. Anyhow I get the drawings with lot of errors. Nothing is cutomer oriented, no communication from their side. I lost my valuable time and financial loss also due to non availability of drawings timely. After three months still i am struggling for getting drawings, just they drag the money and everytime they will remind you that we have given discount. I have paid for serives not for saving money. #No Quality #No Punctuality #No Customer oriented #No Responsive You will loose your hope by taking follow up and getting drawings. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am 100% sure that they are posting self reviews of 5 star to negate all the 1 star review of the real customers like us. One of the worst services i ever received. The team is using unqualified persons to make the drawings. The drainage drawings i received was so ridiculous that i was shocked. I had to insruct them on how the drainage needs to go. It took them about 5 days to get the drawings straight just for drainage. They don't note down all the changes you tell them. The revised drawings will have atleast 25-30% of the changes missing, which will cause a lot of delay in the planning. Its been 60 days already since i availed their services and i haven't yet received the structure drawings. Last monday i was promised that they will provide by Friday. Today - they want additional 3 days. They don't respond to any emails or watsapp messages. When i asked for furniture layout, i was told that it will be provided as last step. Today i was told that it is provided at the begining and it was me who said i don't need it. When i asked them to show the proof of such communication, they took a U turn saying they will work on it after providing structure drawings. They have a online portal dashboard, which is completely bugged. Their supervisor Shruthi is completely rude and has no professional ethics. She literally refused to acknowledge the incompetancy of her staff. Instead of promising that they will improve the services, i was told that, my drawings were fixed as per my instructions. I mean literally, if i can plan my building, why will i even hire you guys??? What is the use of hiring you guys??

Good and quick response from Nidhi Yadav. She is very polite and good communication skills. Thanks for her cooperation. I wanted to build a house in my native place Kadwai in Ratnagiri.Due to covid situation was not able to visit a architecture firm personally. So decided to use online service. Came across Make my house. Got a call from shivam. He explained me the procedure very nicely.The full design took almost 24 days to complete which was a reasonable time.Thanks to Shivam, Nikita Jain and vikas Thakur. Initially I discussed with Nikita Jain as to what I would prefer while building my house. Few drawing were modified as per my Requirement. Most of the querries were solved via tel con with Mr. Vikas Thakur.Mr shivam promised me that I can keep in touch with the Architects during the building stage. I am planning to start the work in November 2021. The whole experience with Make my trip was awsome. However I would have preferred if they could share the CAD drawings . They only provide drawings in pdf format. Never the less They were courteous and attended to my calls promptly. Hope to continue the journey with them for my interiors as well.
