Ghar ka architecture design itna clean aur classy bana diya ki sab dekh kar appreciate karte hain. Budget-friendly aur reliable company

very unprofessional engineers and company. At the time of starting they show me many different ideas, and their work but when I started working with the team, they were very unprofessional and unskilled, i explained them each and everything but they are not able to make good design and planning , at the end i compromised with plan. their service is very bad. After payment the nature of the contact person is changed. They only show nightmares but they are not able to execute their work. In all planning I teach them how to work and how things are gone. working with them is a total waste of time and money. My experience is the worst experience. I am giving them 0 Stars

Never dealing with this company they don't complete your work even full payment of bill.

The team at Modern House Maker is highly attentive, cooperative, and easy to work with. I had a fantastic experience with them—they provide excellent service and are always available to offer technical support. Their communication skills are top-notch, making it easy to resolve any issues that arise.

My project started on March 2025 but not yet (jan 2026) delivered. Too many mistakes in electrical design and elevations. Not recommended at all. update: Booking name : Avinash Nayak start Date: March 2025 , End : Feb 2026

I have been working with Modern house maker since 6 months. Amazing team very quick response to each changes. I appreciate the team work of each and evryone member who have completed my work. Thank you Modernhousemaker

Best company to ask for money then your work satisfaction. Once payment done they won't bother about you. Do fake promises for planing and costing for the plans. Their drawing is like a local contractor planing for the house. Also i noticed for the discount and offers if they are providing means you'll not give proper drawing planing. It's like offer means new people with less exp will work on that. For other company at lest they will guide you and helping in planing here you'll ask once for the requirement then they will do whatever they want doesn't matter it's suites your requirements or not. If this is fake review I'll send the payment slips as well because most of the review are saying as fake
