Modern House Maker

Great experience with the Modern House Maker team. Very cooperative and provides suggestions to customers for possible ways of designs. Thanks to Faizal, Ram, Jayanti and other team members who are working on the project.

There is only one word to describe my experience with team of ModernHouseMaker "Truly Professional". They have team of professionals and most importantly right set of process to get things in timely manner. For every phase of work they have dedicated team that assit and finish their work just in time. They are specially dedicated for you and expert on making on fly changes, you talk on phone and they make changes in background, truly quick and time saving. Most importantly they set up a right communication process so you will always feel like connected and never experience a pause in your work. Special thanks to Faizal and Aditya Sharma, with their expertise they have finished planning of my 64x54 site in just 2 days. It was perfectly aligned with my expectation, nicely planned without any single compromise or adjustment. 👍👍👍 Before ModernHouseMaker, I was engaged with 2 architecture firm and wasted money and more than 2 months of time to just get things done in right way, despite 8 to 9 revision they failed to arrange my expectation in plan.

Initially before giving my project to them I was thinking whether they are genuine or not and somehow believed in them and their sales team person Sawan and Shivam convinced me by offering a very good price. Then it all started with a whatsapp group by Modern house maker team. And then my work started with floor planing and in that Raza supported and guided me for proper floor plan as per my requirement after that we moved to structural drawing Anas gave suggested and directions for construction related information. As part of the working drawing Faizan gave me the support for all the dimension of floor plan including doors and windows. Now at the last Divyanshi designed very beautiful front elevation of my house. Now after my house planning from my colony 8 other members also took the service from the Modern House Maker and all are satisfied now included me. Thanks to the team for the well coordinated efforts and timely completion and special thanks to Sawan & Shivam.

My home exterior design work done by ModernHouseMaker. Really good looking one with reasonable price. Entire team members are very cooperative and done the work in a very professional way. Thanks to entire team of Modern House Maker. Again, today assigned my interior design work with same expectations ...... Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

First and foremost, the team at modern house maker showed a remarkable ability to listen and understand my vision for the perfect home. They took the time to discuss my requirements, preferences, and budget, ensuring that every aspect of the design reflected my unique style and needs. Their attention to detail and dedication to incorporating my ideas exceeded my expectations.

The entire team at House Design Services was exceptional, but BHARAT sir contributions were truly outstanding. His passion for his work and commitment to delivering excellence were evident in every aspect of the project. I felt valued as a client and confident that my dream home was in the hands of a true expert. I had a very good experience with architect adnan ji, and team.

I was very impressed with the services of Modern House Maker that I received. I first contacted Architected Designer Mr. Shivam Chourasia (specially he works on holidays too). I received a response at same day. They listened to my needs and asked me a lot of questions about my vision for the project. The design team came back to me with a few different design options within a week. I was able to choose the design that I liked best. The design team was very communicative throughout the process I am very happy with the finished product. The new addition to my home is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Architected Designer to anyone who is looking for architectural design services. Here are some of the things that I liked about Architected Designer: these Engineers were involved. Planning - Arman Pathan Structure - Anas sheikh Elevation - Aman Qadri They are very professional and easy to work with. They have a team of experienced designers who can help you with any type of architectural project. Here are some of the things that could be improved about them Their turn-around time can be a bit longer than some other firms. Still they are working on my interior designing project , I will provide feedback after after completion of the design for interior work

The design process itself was a seamless journey filled with creativity and innovation. modern house maker's talented designers presented me with a range of stunning options that went above and beyond my expectations. Specially mohtasham Raza sir They skillfully transformed my ideas into tangible blueprints, considering practicality, functionality, and aesthetics in equal measure and tanu mama"she was very very Supportive Through out the project I definitely recommend modern house maker.

I have never seen such a beautiful piece of design for a long time. Excellent team work. Thank you Saniya Quershi And Preeti Ma'am

Approached Chandrabhan ji from MHM for my elevation, as I was clueless and could not get the elevation according to my map. They provided me a customized elevation. The elevation design suggested by MHM team was very beautiful. I liked it in first sight. MHM is doing awesome work. My Best wishes for their bright future. Note- Editing my rating from 5 to 2, as several blunders were there during implementation and no hearing or resolution of issues. Actual color of my building was white in elevation but they gave an impression it is yellow. Excuse- it is yellow profile light.
