I'm glad to hear that you had a positive experience working with MHM. Their team provided you with proper house designs and great support. Enjoy your new home!

Working with Modren House Maker was such a wonderful experience. From my initial inquiry to the final reveal, they made the entire design project process so easy. They teamed me up with “Pooja Bhatodra” and “Firdos khan” could not have been more perfect. Extremely talented and her aesthetic fit my exact style. I can't wait to do another project with Pooja Bhatodra and Firdaur Khan From Modren House Maker! Thank you so much.

My work started by modern house maker company they have very professional architect team who understand everything and explain in proper manners Special Thanks to Mr. Sahil bhai who always understand my problem and give solution And thanks to Arman sir, shubham sir , jyanti ma'am and all for very good work... Keep going team🤝🔥 …

The entire team of Modern House Maker is highly professional and so cooperative. They provide you each and every guidance about your dream home and resolve all your queries very promptly. Specially MR. FARDEEN who helped me during the whole planning phase with full courtesy and guided me over even a single minor doubt. He handled the whole team very sharply to get all the things done within time. The floor plan which was prepared by MS. RACHANA just fulfilled all my expectations about its look and spaciousness as a whole. MS. SONU gave proper guidance about all the internal works and whenever I discussed with any of them about any amendment, they revised it with full cooperation. Also, MHM's communication set-up is a USP for them as it makes the client feel so connected with all the executives working on the project. I would highly recommend Modern House Maker to all, looking for perfect planning for their home.

Waste , simply they copy and paste , no dedicated work.. if they have similar type of projects as like yours already they will copy and paste the same for you. Being a engineer , I found lot of mistakes in their work.. I dono how normal people will be affected from them.. I personally will not recommend them for your dream house.. they manifest you by their elevation designs but those also repeatedly same with different colors that's it. My personal opinion. Go with some good company with genuine work. They are keen to get money only from you.. later u have to run behind them to make it work.

All the final designs provided by the Pooja mam and Arpita mam for the interior of the house were fantastic. Both Pooja and Arpita mam also provided some great insights regarding the other aspects of the house during their site visit. They both as well as Shoaib ji were always open to discussion and altering the designs according to our selection. The whole team including Shoaib ji , Arpita ji and Pooja ji were very well spoken. Overall it was a good experience while working with the whole modern house making team.
