As I was e-filing my ITR for the first time I was very apprehensive about the whole online process. I signed up with Clear Tax for their Elite plan. Uploading stuff went smoothly and I was assigned my Tax Expert, Animesh Singi. Everything went smoothly and he checked everything, did the computation and filed my return successfully. Or so we thought, until I had to submit dual OTP verifications both by email and SMS on my Dutch mobile. The emails came through without a hitch and then it went bang! I hit a wall with the SMS! No explanations were forthcoming anywhere. Just silence until the sessions timed out repeatedly on multiple trials. Then I wrote to my Dutch Internet Service Provider and heard that it was their policy to block certain types of A2P codes on mobiles. But Animesh did not give up searching for a solution. His patience and trials paid off and together with his Company SKY and Associates, we were finally able to solve this riddle, and get the verification done well in time before the portal deadline.
