Very worst experience ever. I took my cat for tail cleanup and basic grooming but the way staff treated my cat was pathetic, my cats nail got broked and blood was coming out continuously. Also single person was grooming and asking us for help in grooming to hold the pet which indicates that the staff is not capable to handle pets on their own. After all the mess happened they told us to visit Dr with their reference and it will be a complementary treatment. I will never visit zigly again.

Hi, We are regular customer at Ziggy Indore. We booked appointment for grooming at Ziggy Indore on Saturday dated 17th May 2025. Our chow chow name is Pobo. Disgusting customer service and intentionally bad behaviour towards my fur baby. They took my pobo for bath after he bathed he is wet fully and waited for approx 30mins their in tub with air conditioner on and fully wet. While other one taking German shepherds. My pobo patiently waited there for his turn. When I said whts wrong here one machine, 1table and 2staff member is free doing nothing instead of taking proper action they argued with me and when I said its been an hour my pet (Pobo )he is still in same condition wet plz check the camera it’s an hour and he said I can’t do it. Plz take strict action against staff name Rahul who is intensionally drying German shefard on one table and wait my baby pobo in tub. Intensionally he knows everything because when I came I talked Rahul to take care my baby pobo in grooming. He said yes. Rajkumar who bathed my baby pobo and let him waited wet in tub area. Sandeep Choudhary who is at reception desk. When I said to sandeep that get ready other table so that shitzu don’t experience same thing as my baby pobo experienced, bcoz he came for grooming. My baby pobo is wet and sneeze 🤧 in summer time. He has medium to long hair coat and dr. Said don’t let him wet n dry immediately to prevent from skin infection. Very bad - worst experience

Worst pet grooming centre Doesn’t have knowledge about haircuts and lie to customers and then ruin their beloved pet’s hairdo

The place is good with many options of toys and treats to choose from. The grooming center was clean and staff was well trained. They made sure to accommodate the exact requirement for my pet’s grooming. There was a bit hesitance from staff when my dog got in a bad mood from the noise from blower but overall satisfied with quality
