I’ve had the pleasure of buying multiple computers, laptops, and monitors from Sigma Peripherals in Indore, and I must say, the experience has been exceptional with some exceptions. The owner, Gurbir Singh Chhabra Sir, is extremely knowledgeable and supportive when it comes to computers and technology. He provides great recommendations based on your budget, whether it's a custom PC build or selecting the right laptop. What sets him apart is his willingness to offer solid after-sales support, which is invaluable for anyone investing in tech. Special mention to Arvind Bhaiya, who assembles the PC components. His technical skills in computer assembly and wire management are top-notch, and he does a brilliant job making sure everything is well-organized and functional. Plus, his friendly and professional attitude adds to the overall positive experience. However, I must mention that the rest of the team at Sigma Peripherals was highly unprofessional. They were not polite, didn’t offer support, and their way of talking was extremely arrogant. It was very disappointing, especially considering the excellent experience I had with Gurbir Singh Chhabra Sir and Arvind Bhaiya. While the prices at Sigma Peripherals may be slightly higher than other places in the market, the value you get in terms of personalized recommendations and reliable service from Gurbir Sir and Arvind Bhaiya is what makes it worthwhile. I just hope the rest of the team improves their customer service to match the quality of the products and service provided by the owner and technician. If you’re looking for a place to buy quality computers or accessories in Indore, Sigma Peripherals is great, but I recommend dealing directly with Gurbir Singh Chhabra Sir

Mr arvind in the downstairs shop is extremely rude and has a ton of attitude when it comes to helping customers Had gotten windows 7 installed there yet he kept asking where's the data to be saved to knowingly make the customer look stupid He then goes on to tell me to DO IT MYSELF It's better to avoid getting work done here

Worst store I have ever seen firstly they have not asus vivo book oled foldable laptop then they bring from another shop wait us 2 hr,charging us 1 lakh rs (approx) and I am facing constant issues in laptop they say talk to customer service this is the worst shop and laptop I have ever seen

This place is great for PCs, laptops, and components especially RAM, SSDs, and other parts. I went recently to buy an SSD. Since SSD prices have skyrocketed, I decided to get a 2TB model for my PC and found a very good deal here for ₹15,800. It was the most economical option I could find. They also carry all the major brands like Samsung, WD, and Adata.
