after bein told that I will recieve my laptop order within 10-15 days of time they took token amount from me and now that the time has passed they are not picking up calls and telling me to come and take my token amount back after wasting 15 days of time. THEY ARE NOT PICKIN UP CALLS AND BLUNTLY LIEING WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE LAPTOPS STATUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

Worst customer service. Even after calling repeatedly and communicating via whatsapp regarding CPU repair which I purchased from here, they gave no updates. I ended up getting the work done by others.

डुप्लीकेट बिल के लिए 200 रुपये तक चार्ज लेते हैं। मैंने 10 मार्च 2021 को इस दुकान से 1350 रुपये का लैपटॉप अडॉप्टर खरीदा था। आज मैं इस दुकान पर एडॉप्टर रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए डुप्लीकेट बिल के लिए गया था। उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि आपको 200 रुपये देने होंगे। डुप्लीकेट बिल के लिए और मैंने दुकान के मालिक से कहा कि डुप्लीकेट का चार्ज कोई नहीं लेता, नम्रता के तौर पर आप डुप्लीकेट बिल फ्री में दे सकते हैं लेकिन दुकान का मालिक इसके लिए तैयार नहीं था। अंत में वह 50 रुपये शुल्क के साथ डुप्लीकेट देने के लिए तैयार था। यह मेरे लिए एक बुरा अनुभव था। मैं इस दुकान में खरीदारी के लिए नहीं जाऊंगा और न ही किसी को रेफर करूंगा they take charges for duplicate bill till 200 Rs. I bought a laptop adopter 1350 Rs from this shop at 10 march 2021. Today I went to this shop for duplicate bill for adopter replacement. They Said to me that You will have to pay 200 Rs. for duplicate bill. and I said to shop owner that no one takes charge for duplicate, you can give duplicate bill free as a humanity but shop owner was not ready for it. finally he was ready for giving duplicate with charges 50 Rs. it was a bad experience for me. I will not go in this shop for buying and also not referrer to anyone
