Titan World

Totally disappointed with the services provided by Titan. Have been buying Titan watches since a very very long time. But when I turned up to the service center to buy a charging cable for my Fastrack smartwatch, I was told that the spare parts are not available in store and can be ordered online. I ordered the cable online from Titan website but it turned out to be a defective one. Now when I have approached the service center again and the person here is trying to place the order he is not able to place itas the cable is not available and it shows its out of stock. NOT A PROFESSIONAL WAY FOR PROVIDING AFTER SALES SERVICES. Do not want to give a single star but I am not able to post this feedback without rating it.

Good collection and well maintained product displayed. Staff is cooperative specially the store manager Nitin Yadav, he is calm to address any watch related query and personally solves the customer doubts. Special thanks to Abaas who have suggested us the buy the best watches.

Though I haven't made any purchase yet, but I was Impressed by their Service guy honesty. I got a Lil problem in my watch and he told me the truth that there is no major issue, and charged me nothing even after he opened and got the battery fit properly in my watch. When many others may create unnecessary issue out of nothing and charge way more, this person really made my day. Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer of Titan for years, but after this experience, I will never purchase from them again. The watch return process at the Annapurna branch in Indore, MP, was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they don’t allow returns—only exchanges, and only for items of the same or higher value. To make matters worse, the credit points they offer are ridiculously restrictive: valid for just 90 days and only redeemable at the same store. For a global brand like Titan, this is an embarrassing and outdated policy. How can a "world brand" not allow credit points to be used across its network of stores? The store manager was shockingly unhelpful and showed zero willingness to accommodate my situation, despite me explaining my travel plans. Titan’s policies are unnecessarily convoluted and blatantly disregard customer convenience. It’s clear they prioritize their rigid rules over customer satisfaction. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t hesitate to share my experience widely to warn others. Titan needs to seriously rethink its customer service and policies.

It seemed like a very simple method and I got the solution to everything very quickly. I am happy.

We’ve been long-time satisfied customers of Titan Eye Care, and today was yet another great experience. I visited the Titan World (Usha Nagar, Indore) store for a cross-check of my progressive specs with a cylindrical axis. Waqar thoroughly verified the lens specs, while Paras, the optometrist, reconfirmed my eye power. The most touching part—they offered the service completely free, even though I was prepared to pay the usual ₹200 fee. The team was highly knowledgeable, clearly explaining how incorrect "plus" settings for cylindrical lenses can cause confusion. I walked away reassured and extremely satisfied once again.
