Jis tarah se google reviews lie ja rhe hai not the right way. Also diwali offer ase de rahe hai jese consumer ko bhik dete hai free gift me t&c apply likh ke sare rules apne marji se follow Krva rahe hai .itni hectic process hai redeem krne ki jiski hadd nahi irritate hokar left hi kr de banda. Although hmesha hi price high mila hai as compared to online platform. Even jo chij pasand aajati hai uska packed unit bhi nh milta hai mene khud display unit purchase Kiya jst bcz of urgency

It was a very good experience purchasing a home theatre there. Jayesh bhaiya saved me 2k rupees. I got there and told him that i wanted to buy a home theatre and he said wait 4 days an offer is about to come, and then i saved 2k on the home theatre!

Staff members behavior is good. Lots of verities available in the store.

Dushyant is very polite and courteous sales person. He explained every thing very clearly and answered our every query. God bless him.

Bahut ghatiya service he ac liya cooling nahi kar raha, complain dali but no response bar bar call karna pada tab 4din bad koi aaya dekh k gaya bola kal aata hu. But no response on phone Lotus wale Bolte he company karegi haier dekhegi, agar ac lotus se liya to responsibility bhi inki honi chahiye. Garmi me ac lene ka kya fayda jab vah cooling hi na kare. Kharab pices diya and service is so poor.

The sales promoter Hari Kishan is amazing. He explained very well and answered all questions. He also offered a great deal. The final price was still somewhat higher than what you may get online but buying offline is a great experience and worth the premium.

Lotus has always been our one stop destination for all our electronic needs. This time the experience was no different. Great product range, reasonable rates, fantastic staff, and all around good atmosphere. I would highly recommend this branch for your next electronic purchase(s).

Good service and product quality is best

Best prices, best quality, and best range. Strongly recommend for even small electronics. Love the service as well.
