Good service and very good behaviour all staff

Very disappointing experience with Panasonic AC service. I purchased 5 Panasonic AC units, and it has already been 4 days, but the installation has still not been completed despite repeated follow-ups. Even the Area Service Manager of Panasonic, whose name is Kunal, assured me that the installation would be done today at any cost. However, despite this assurance, the installation has still not been completed. A representative from Lotus also told us that the AC installation would definitely be done today, even if it took until 12 AM at night. However, nothing happened. Now when we contacted the Lotus representative again, they are asking us to give them one more day to get the installation done. To make matters worse, when the technician arrived, he clearly said he would not install the ACs because he had many other complaints to attend to and would receive more incentive from those jobs. He simply asked me to raise a fresh complaint so that someone else could come for the installation. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially after purchasing multiple Panasonic AC units. There seems to be a complete lack of coordination and accountability between Panasonic service and the store. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service experience.
