Cream Centre

I recently visited Cream Centre and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had specifically made a reservation for an outdoor table, but upon arrival, I was informed that no outdoor tables were available. To make matters worse, I noticed that all the outdoor tables were empty, which made the situation even more frustrating. Despite pointing this out to the staff, they were indifferent and offered no reasonable explanation or alternative solutions. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when reservations are made in advance with specific preferences. The lack of customer care and the poor handling of my reservation led me to leave without even getting a table. This was a huge letdown, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their reservation system and customer service. Would I return? Not likely, unless significant improvements are made. ***** All tables were empty *******

The taste was average I ordered sizzler that was worst every Chinese sizzler I ever had. Honey chilli potato was good and manchow soup was ok in taste. Mocktails was really good. We tried blue angel, martini mojito and Mumbai local (must try ). Good pure vegetarian restaurant. It has buffet breakfast as well as ala carte. They also have small play zone for kids.

Indoor seating has only two air conditioner working. If you sit below one of the working air conditioner, you would be frozen as they will lower the temperature to compensate for non functional air conditioner. Toilet is grossly inadequate for seating capacity. User locks the toilet while using so others keep waiting
