Overall experience was very good.. I stayed in mumbai for 13 years and visited cream center 100 of times... Menu is same ..food taste is little different.. mumbai was better..but here overall experience was good.. service was little slow that might be because of less staff .. hope to visit soon again and have better experience..

Great place with good food.. quantity of food is lill too much so think before ordering multiple dishes and drinks. Overall great ambience and value for money experience.

The taste of the food in the hotel cream center is lingering on the tongue and the service also extraordinary with food 🍕 decoration while serving but the food prices are not just high but also they were not in any other way to justify with quality and quantity, So before visiting this place, please try to search another in the same location. Order type Dine in Meal type Brunch

It's a nice place situated in the ceter of the city. Overall ambience of the restaurant is quite soothing and you can have a nice team here with your friends and closed ones. The menu does offer a variety of cuisines starting from Italian to mexican, north indian, Chinese, a wide array of sizzlers. My personal favourite is Penne Al Forno. The place also have a lot of good options of drinks that go well with these dishes. You can get soft drinks and hard drinks both, and on Wednesdays they have buy 1 get 1 offer as well. The overall prices are a on the expensive side. For two people you may spend Rs. 1500 /- I'd rate the place 4 out of 5 stars. Happy eating, Cheers!!!

12th Dec 2019 - Had a horrifying incident at this place. The maintenance of the property is extremely poor. Their washroom doors were getting jammed and they planned on doing nothing about it. My mom got stuck inside for almost an hour and the whole staff including the manager had a very casual attitude towards it . The manager did not call for any professional help. The lock system is so pathetic, there is no way one can open it from outside if its locked from inside, no key, nothing! The whole management refused to take responsibility for the negligence on their part and instead argued that the main door of the washroom is not supposed to be locked from inside. Like who the hell would tell that! There was no action taken, no sensitivity was shown to do justice to the traumatic experience my mother had.
