HOTEL KRISHNA

It's in a middle of the city and is very near to sarafa bazar and to Indore railway station. Location of the hotel is nice and the staff is really good . It's a unmarried couple friendly hotel . Staff was cooperative and room we're clean . We were not known to the city but staff members help us finding places to visit 😍😍

Good place with well maintained rooms., helpful staff though slow service. only flip side is they don't make breakfast there else i would have given them 4 stars

The Service is pathetic and disappointing. Here's is what happened to me, Maybe the hotel's manager or any customer will take this in the notice and do something about it. We entered with Goibibo booking but the owner denied the paid booking and said: "We can only give you the room if you deposit cash here". We followed the same(because we didn't have any place to go at midnight) then he asked us to cancel goIbibo booking with their customer support. So, he was apparently taking the customer through GoIbibo and then taking cash separately. In a way, he is fooling us with various tactics. #goibibo #oyo Happy stay! Manager denied room when reached in the morning with family, I have called previous day and informed that we are reaching in the morning at 6am, manager allotted our room to others and tells that he is not getting money from OYO and goibibo, we fought with him as I have booked 2 rooms and paid the money also through goibbo, it is third class hotel, finally we made different arrangement after waiting for 2hrs, afterwards I got the refund from goibibo but family was made to wait in the cold moring for 2 hrs, i do not recommend this hotel for poor service Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

This hotel is wrost place to chose to stay in indore... Never book this hotel from any site like mmt oyo goibibo... Hotel staff will say u to cancel booking and to ask refund from site and will not allow to check in... This happened with me and many more there... The hotel staff is very arogent and dont have manners to talk... They will ask u to cancel booking and to take booking from them at rate of 1000 -1500 this hotel is just value like shelters worth rs 150 per night only... One of the best budget hotel to stay in Indore. The best thing about the hotel is its location, 2 minutes walking from Indore Sarwate Bus Stand and 5-7 minutes walking from Indore Railway station. They have multiple options of rooms, cleanliness was decent, lift was operational all the time, hot water was available, staff was kind and polite.
