One Asia is among Top 3 Asian Fusion restaurants in the city. Their pan-fried noodles with black bean sauce is very, very good. Also, this is the only restaurant in town where I have tasted authentic sushi. So if you like sushi then try their california rolls and shrimp tempura rolls. Ambience is very good, with additional outdoor seating during good weather. I gave them 3/5 stars because their service is really very slow.

We were assisted by shubhojeet and Shruthi mishra. Excellent service. Even food was provided on request for my infant. Birthday was celebrated in a very nice way. Chocolate cake was a cherry on top. We were a total of five people and we ordered a variety of light dishes - sushi, dim sum, and other appetizers. The whole experience was superb from start to finish: APPEARANCE - the food was served beautifully, with elegant dishware and beautiful plating of dishes. The dishes themselves were colorful and well formed, with subtle touches that really made the meal special! TASTE: Everything was DELICIOUS. The rainbow sushi and asparagus sushi were excellent, ingredients were very fresh and accompaniments (ginger, wasabi) added the perfect touch. The dim sum was similarly delicious, with three dips that were unique and paired well with the cream cheese dim sum. SERVICE: top notch, friendly service. The staff was very attentive, and chef even visited our table at the end of the meal! Shoutout to Chef Sagar and Subhajit Delenath for the best services!
