The most important thing in hospitality is to see servers smiling at their guests. We have had a lot of restaurants to choose but we chose you expecting that we will get great hospitality with good food but unfortunately the servers are not that hospitable . I believe they need more training… Same experience again.. I believe these people don’t just take feedback seriously 😒

Nice south indian authentic taste. Rajani dosa is must try. They use some unique masala in that which I didn't get anywhere till now. One of the best places in Indore to try authentic South Indian tiffin items. The buffet was sure filling. The place is clean and hygienic. Located in the third floor of the mall, it is not crowded and could be a casual place to dine on weekends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly slow, and to add to the irony, they served me a cold dosa. When I pointed this out, the server nonchalantly claimed that dosa gets cold in a minute. I found this quite amusing since this was my first time eating at their restaurant, not my first time eating dosa. The poori bhaji was the worst I've ever had, though the medu vada and dosa were just okay. What really stood out was the poor service. The entire staff seemed exhausted and uninterested, giving off an impression that they were the most tired people on earth. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food is very good, but the service and staff is just very laidback. Staff seems to be in la-la land all the time, you have to call them 5 times and they will hear u once. The tables are not cleaned until n unless you ask them 5 to 6 times to do so. We ordered coffee and v asked to clear the table first but nobody came. It was 5th time v requested it to be cleared then a person came and he cleaned only half the table, half of it was still dirty. When coffee arrived, they kept it on pantry, when they served it was already cold. And sugar came after 5 minutes when we asked waiter to bring sugar. It is common sense , you will serve sugar with coffee. Then we asked coffee to be reheated. So entire food experience was spoiled by service n staff. There is no smile on their face, no etiquette to serve the guests. You can definitely go there for food but pls do some meditation, so that you have enough of patience to deal with staff and service there. We ordered thali for the 3 members and Rice/dal for small baby. We all faced food poisoning with continuous vomiting and loose motions. Hospitalized in the midnight yesterday. I still can't believe how we have had such issue from the famous restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hands down this is one of the best places to have South Indian in Indore. Fortunately the menu isn't restricted only to idli dosa uttapam. It is much more than that. Some of the dishes I would highly recommend are mendu vada, rasam, malabari curry. Taste is authentic and rasam and chutney are both zesty. Has been a go-to place for our family when it comes to South Indian delicacies. Prices are economical.
