Hotel The Rajshahi Palace

The room was very good with no shortcomings, ideal for couples, and the location was also excellent. However, I did face a couple of issues — right outside my room there was a cabinet-like structure that hotel staff frequently accessed, even late at night around 10 or 10:30 PM, causing noise that disturbed me. Another issue was with the restaurant service: the waiter kept repeatedly asking for a tip, even while I was on a phone call. He even placed a paper with his PhonePe number in front of me. I gave ₹50, but he questioned why I didn’t give ₹100. The next day, when I ordered food again, he again asked for a tip. I believe the hotel management should take action on this behavior, as it can leave a negative impression on guests. Still, whenever I visit Indore again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I stayed at Hotel RajShahi, Indore for one day and had a very good experience. It’s a pure-veg hotel with renovated floors 1 and 2 — the rooms on 2nd floor are spacious and newly done, while 3rd floor is old, so better to avoid that one till its renovated. They served breakfast on time (by 07:30 AM) as we had an early departure, they served breakfast on time and tea and water were provided promptly through room service. Overall, clean, comfortable, and great service — recommended for pure-veg families visiting Indore.
