Rooms are neatly maintained. Even the comforts or rajai also have a cover, which they change when we check in and whenever we get room cleaning done. They have their own restaurant, where food is good. Complimentary breakfast with tea/coffee is provided. However if we ask for anything extra apart from what's served first time, it's charged. On road great location, Good hotel..The room was Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is polite, decent, patient and friendly...No.matter what time of the day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. The hotel Only serves Vegetarian food, which is tasty also.. I was here on independence day weekend with family, good price and very good staff.. person at reception was friendly and arranged cab also. Washrooms were clean and room was spacious. Location is very good and easily accessible. Good deal in budget hotel. What I personally liked is there was school reunion and a anniversary celebration planned. It wasn't a disturbance to us at all and infact it was helpful to know Indore little better... Asked for Iron, dental kit, got it instantly. Book this place without a doubt, you will not regret... Not at all recommended, had a worst experience, was there for three days, no one bothers for room service, staff is not a all cooperative, they charge 3000 for a room which is easily available for 2500 on other sites, most shocking aspect is they blindly charge the same amount for all rooms irrespective of the size and facilities, and old man at the reception is like a typical business who doesn't know how things work in hospitality, they charged me for a meal which I didn't consumed and when I asked to compensate with some thing else as I am paying for this that old man simply decline and forced me to pay extra, which shows they only care about money least bothered about their guest's experience, so be cautious while staying here you may end up paying more for a substandard place. Overall experience: Bad experience. 🔺Food took very long to come, Masala papad literally took 25 mins .. 🔺 Ridiculous management (full instance written at the end in detail) 🔺Manchow soup tasted like sweet corn, had no spices or seasoning 🔺Chilli paneer was very hard. VERY hard, didn't taste as good as well 🔺Felt very heavy after eating here, the food quality wasn't good 🔺Very bad quality tables and chairs, not comfortable 🔺No hand napkins also, they kept a tissue dispenser The biggest problem that I had was, the manager was absolutely ridiculous. He was on his phone watching facebook reels on Full volume. His phone was louder than the tv, and music. He kept it going for 10-15 mins, after which we had to ask the staff to ask him to reduce his volume as it was non-professional and ridiculous. Overall, there was nothing I liked about this place.
