Rates are comparatively higher as per the room standards.Improper room service, nobody picks the phone at reception or room service.Cigarette and alcohol bottles found at windows.Air condition is like made of 90's period and not even working properly.Blankets were not clean.The reviews is as per my real experience there.Rajshahi palace name doesnt suits it.

We Booked the banquet hall for 3 days and everything else was good just some issues as dirty washrooms , same dish served for 3 days , no wifi , no power supplies.
