Hotel Giri Shankara

This hotel is very close to the Sarafa night market and other temples and the Holkar palace. The rooms are big and neat. There is no much one should expect at the cost they charge. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

A complete combination of fantastic and fabulous hotel means it's a "Fantabulous" hotel located at heart of city main M.G road of Indore and it's a center point for both railway station and airport not more than 3.5 km respectively. We recently visited Indore for a Family Trip and Stayed for 1 Night at the Hotel Giri Shankar. Hotel Rooms are Neat and Clean, Good Room Service and Property owner's behavior is very gentle. a very nice & experienced old age gentleman along with his family are managing this Hotel property. This budget hotel has a USP that it is very close to Indore City Market area, like you can just Check-in the hotel, put your bags and just walk out to shop in the daytime at Sarafa Bazar Jewlery Shop & also at Indore's Famous Cloth & Saree Market, and enjoy the mouthwatering food from Sarafa Night Food Bazar (Food Bazar at Sarafa starts full fledge after evening 7o clock till night 3o clock). The other tourist places like Old Palace, Bada Ganpati Temple, Kanch Ghar & New Palace are also at close distance to this Hotel. Indore's one of the biggest flee market for all Women's shopping is located Near New Rajwada Palace which is also nearby. If you enjoy walking you can see the nearby places just over a walk, or else you can hire autos and e-rikshaws & use City Bus for touring as this hotel Giri Shankar is located just at roadside in the market area of Indore City. Decent Hotel with Close by Sarafa Lane! We visited this place recently. The place is in the heart of Indore city. Although it is very much crowded but the best thing is that, It is very close (walking distance) to Sarafa lane. Those who are food lovers can enjoy the sweet and delicious dishes over there. The hotel property is clean and neat but it lacks the restaurant 🍴.

Located in the middle of the city, this comfortable stay every famous place is approachable in 10 mins. Sagar juice centre and famous poha shop is 2 mins walking. 10 mins from railway station. Auto stand is next to the hotel. The staff is humble & polite. Demerits . Non availability of GST BILL . Toiletries weren't available. It was a pleasent stay all together. Wifi wasn't working and they were not taking responsibility for that, room wasn't clean , ac was not well maintained -it was throwing ice . Electricity is not stable they were not have generator as a back-up Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 4

Very bad experience.... behaviour is very rude... experience with owner very bad....don't listen and understand... abused me....even I was regular guest....never visit here Trip type Business

Poor hospitability. They don't have manners about how to take a customer. They lie on phone with room prices and when you reach there, their cost is doubled. Also they only have room with one double bed. And they don't know the concept of a suite. Their behavior with customer is worst. I would never suggest anyone to stay there. Why can't I gibe zero stars here😐

Managed by the owner only. Rooms are big with good furniture etc but washroom had stains all over the place. Commode was yellowish and I am sure you can not sit on it without closing your eyes and be ignorant about it. Service is basically 0. They are just providing the building assuming Hotel means only building. We were very tired after our 800km bike ride yet we couldn't dare to stay here and went looking for other place. No separate parking space. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3
