I visited this property with my family. I love this place & hospitality. I reached early in morning, Mr Tarun frm frnt desk gave me early checkin @8 am as soon room get clean. I have Delux room booking as they provide joint double bed in Delux room only. I found room beautiful and clean. Very quick turn around on room service except 1 instance only. They also flexible to change brkfast booking from day of booking itself by making last day brkfast as paid. A well decorated walls in all lobby and stair area & Entrance wall picture will make good place for art lover Too. Rooftop dine area is awesome decorated and chef ramesh & Mahesh made good food. Manager & attendents Ravi keshav shambhu tikaram all are very helpful. Multiple food option near hotel just across a block behind property toward Appolo hospital. Apart frm this few point need to take care. In my room i found toilet sometime get outside smell of some kitchen. Their services lieft area is messy many time by housekeeping by putting their stuff. Ms Easha Patni is good manager who also welcome all these point with warm heart.

I am overwhelmed with the hospitality the folks at the restaurant shown till date. It was my birthday today and they made it so special with entire folks came together and celebrated with me and my family. Cake, Sweet, special dishes...I'm really Happy. Thank You Keshav, Shambhu, and the entire team at Patang. :-)

If you are talking value for money; you are at right place. No wonder this property gets sold out almost everyday in major sites, staff is cordial and supportive. Check-in was smooth, looked like he was already waiting for me unlike other places where I was supposed to show booking mail. Just ordered /Butter khichdi and masala tea. Person taking order was also humble and suggested the same considering a solo traveller. Highly recommended.

The service here is very warm. Along with the ambience, the food is great. the staff is very cooperative. The team Ravi sir, Hemant sir, the attending staff Keshav, Gopal, Ravinder, and Tukaram were very nice. The service is quick. Great place for parties. Nice view for photographers.!!
