Paint peeling off, non-functional light fixtures, broken faucets and deteriorated furniture. The hotel felt gloomy and depressing. The entire hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and renovation. Especially if they want to continue charging what they are charging now. There are much better options available in this area.

We booked surya hotel for my sister's wedding from 10th feb till 12th feb 2020.. Must say the service given by surya team was excellent .. Room service, cleaning, maintaining hygiene everything was perfectly managed.. I was staying in economy room ,Breakfast and Dinner was included in room rent. I stayed 4jan 23 to 7jan 23 At the time of check out surprisingly they chrged me for 1 time Dinner, which should not be charged as I am paying already in room rent. Then I requested to check and remove 1 Dinner charge, but manager rudely said its starter item so can not be included in Dinner. I said consider it as my Dinner and remove but they were not ready at all. I paid extra 400rs. Guys i ordered food from Surya thru Swiggy recently and it was so delicious plus they even considered my special request which was an absolute cherry on top, loved it! Service: 5

Nice and decent hotel. Party hall is spacious and clean. It is not that great for family gathering or friends hangout but it is a nice option for people on business trips to stay . A budget hotel to stay. And good option for kids birthday party and kitty parties.

Strategic location, beautiful ambience, superb suite room, very large, great TV in both bedroom and living room. Fans should be at a greater height though. Breakfast was very limited and bland. But the in-room dining through their restaurant was very delicious. Both veg and non veg dishes were tasty. Check-in and out fast. House keeping staff courteous, efficient and well behaved. Raju bhaiyya and Anil Rathod from restaurant and house keeping respectively were excellent. Bathroom and toilet spotless. The noise emanating from ac has to be taken care of. Driver accomodation was 150 rupees, but I was told it was not so good. No space for parking on the premises but the security staff arrange for one just outside the gate. Worst services , bad experience. Mera personal experience hai ki agar aap conference hall meeting ke liye kar rahe hai to isse achhi jagah bhi aapko mil sakti hai .
