Hotel Surya

One of the worst experience ever bad hotel management and the promise which they do while booking are not fulfilled. Un hygiene food and very bad quality of food. Suggest not to go. Full waste of money Trip type Business Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Mene yaha mere baby girl ka birthday plan kara tha aur guest jo bahar se aa rahe the unke liye room book karaye the jab room book karaye the jab kuch aur room dikhaye the aur jab room diye tab kuch aur diye. Room clean the par 4000 rs ke hisab se nahi the. jo guest aye the wo jewellery bhul gaye the wo bhi wapis nahi mili. Hotel me koi bhi function karane ke samay sab written me lena jaroori hai nahi toh hotal wale bolte kuch hai aur dete kuch aur hai.. Hotel is situated within 2 km of railway station and nearby Inderganj square.|Rooms are less maintained but room bigger in size.|Volga restaurant of this hotel is very good for food quality. Both veg and non veg is available.|Overall decent hotel at Gwalior city

Huge variety of non veg food, it's a very famous restaurant, but I did not like the taste of any preparation. The taste is bland and spicy, hardly any flavour. Tandoori chicken and Mutton biryani is tasty and you can get roomali roti too. I am giving that 3rd star for variety.

It's was good for function and mini birthday party,It indore central location situated here ,...very good Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Great ambience and hospitality.... I went there for the marriage of one of my cousins, the food quality and taste is purely awesome. The stage decoration, light effect the music, everything is perfect for the occasion..... Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Hotel was small but good in such location. Room was spacious and cleaned. Location was also too good. Staff was helpful and provide best service to their customers. Bathroom was neat and cleaned with hot water facilities.

Pathetic rooms - Not clean and everything is not washed (Towels, Bed Spread, Banket) AC, WiFi, TV remote doesn't work. Best thing is it's near to many good restaurants. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3 Rooms Not hygiene.

Comfortable and safe stay for families. Tasty breakfast. Restaurant provides good food. One should try Dal Khichdi with Curd once. Staff behaviour is always good. Check in and check out is comfortable.

Awesome ambience, delicious food, we are their regular customer from past 20 years. Specialized treatment makes you feel extremely important. Must try dishes - chilly paneer, veg salt n pepper, paneer tikka, butter paneer masala, malai kofta, navratna korma, veg platter.
