A budget property at the heart of Indore, within a kilometre of the bus stand & railway station. One of the old & reliable names when it comes to hospitality in Indore. It's a favourite for professional banquets probably due to the favourable quotes given by the sales staff.
I'm giving this hotel 4 out of 5 coz it's Bathroom wasn't that much nice because the shower and tap wasn't working properly . But my room was awesome nice and clean . I'll recommended you this hotel
Good one, staff are very friendly....... Over all upgradation needed...... From card key, TV remote, taps..... after care is not there. Cockroaches are moving freely....

Speaking about hotel surya its a luxurious hotel once you enter the hotel you can get lost in the pleasant fragrance spread throughout .The rooms are pretty good but furniture need to be improved a bit and also the wall painting the quality of food is a1 . Hotel surya is very sophisticated, customer friendly & awesome hotel. The restaurant staff is really hospitable & the menu items are yummy. But the only drawback this time I saw in hotel surya was my budget. It would be great if surya hotel can include some items with economic rates.
Went for dinner. After the bill payment (online), the waiter stood there constantly staring at us and bothering us again & again for tip. Won't come again. Pay your staff enough! Service: 2 Location: 3
Abysmal service. My cousin wedding reception was a disorganized farce. NO cleanliness, not at all of the standard as it shows. The food at the wedding reception was of so bad quality, all the family members suffering from diarrhea, vomiting. Not going to waste any more words in discussing this rubbish as totally distressed from the whole state of affairs. Basically a total rip off.
