Hotel C20

The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is also very good. It's in a great location and the mall is nearby. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value

The Rooms have seelen and Plaster getting off walls, Washrooms are pathetic with 1×1 tile and No Geyser or Hot water is Supplied. There is no Room service even for tea, and the Reception lady is Dissapprovingly Adamant on every request. Overpriced and not worth the Hype. Only location is good, but still parking is to be done with Common mall parking. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great view

Flush is broken, have been flushing with bucket since I checked in. Since last 5 days lift is also broken. Even though I complained, nothing happened. The lift is still broken. even so, I recommend this hotel for the convenience of getting to all the amenities and essentials this hotel brings to one. The hotel is situated directly behind mall C21 which brings such an easiness of getting anything you want from here. You want food just go downstairs. You want grocery just go downstairs. You want an auto to any place just go downstairs. You want to watch movie just go downstairs. You are not feeling like staying in room just go downstairs. Besides it's resourceful location the courteousness of staff is also pretty commendable. They all are willing to serve. They don't only immediately fulfill your requests but also stay very amicably well behaved throughout. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

When I came to stay, I felt very good.

The only plus point of the hotel is its location beside the C21 mall. The room conditions are pretty average. The door handle of the washroom was in a precarious state and came off. The whole floor in front of the toilet was strewn with screws. The room lacked basic amenities. Hot water was not available in the toilet. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

I booked this hotel through MMT, There was some misconfusion while booking but they don't wanna listen your perception or adjust for silly things. They didn't allow to check in even in midnight while i was solo traveller. Receptionist didn't have common moral sense and humainity to know your side even at 2:30AM in night. They didn't refunded my money and asked me to get another hotel. I am traveling from last 12 years but never seen such type of below unprofessional hotel and staff. Service: 1

I stay in c20 hotel in 2 time they have good stay mean the behaviour of ladies staff is excellent and the one gard bhaiya also have good behaviour but one gens behaviour is not good they are the positive point of hotel but also some negative point is its check in time is 11:59 am what is this 😡 and you come earlier you give them 500 rupees extra for earlier check in in hotel. I love the behaviour of one staff mam they treat you so politely and well behaviourly his name is nishtha pareek didi. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5
