Basically it's OYO township hotel which they don't disclose anywhere at the time of booking not on any online portal. All rooms are unhygenic floor was broken, main door lock was broken, jet spray was broken & when u ask them for room cleaning the same answer they will give is we just clean this room before check in. Staff is unprofessional. In my booking breakfast was included but they don't serve in restaurant they will just give u Poha in your room as breakfast that also without any proper packing. Sabse bekar hotel hai service bhi bilkul nhi hai room se smell bhi bahut aati hai or staff bilkul nhi sunta..3rd class bhi kaam hai is hotel k liye..

Worst experience ever of my life, had to call several time just water and basic amenities. The service was extremely terrible and we had to approach them at 1:30 in the morning to help change our room due to alot of seelan, smell and for the AC. We complained about the AC at 6pm and it was not solved till 1am. Then we had to change the room which was terrible as well. Not recommended. 🤮

Stayed at this Hotel in the first week of February. The Hotel is decent and gives good sleep quality. The location is okay with adequate connectivity. Overall, recommended for all type of travelers. Ample places to have food around. So one does have adequate choice where restaurants are concerned.

I visited there with family on 25/5/26.i booked 1 room. In early morning around 6:00am short circuit in room and The electricity went out.i talk to reception for provide accommodation in other room. They denied for other room . And spoke rudely. We stay there without electricity 6:00am to 8:30am. Very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Avoid this hotel.... बहुत ही घटिया व्यवहार है स्टाफ का, खाने का टेस्ट भी दम वाली बात नही, एक हो होटल में 3 तरह के टैरिफ चल रहे है, मेम्बरशिप का टेरिफ अलग, स्टाफ का आलग, मालिक का टेरिफ अलग चुतिया बना रखा है लोगो को, सेकड़ो मेम्बरशिप बाट दी इंदौर के लोगो को, देते टाइम मीठे वादे किए, जब होटल जाओ तो वहाँ घटिया व्यवहार होता है स्टफ द्वारा, इंदौर के लोगो बाजार में इससे कई अच्छे ऑप्शन है होटल के, हमने 4 मेम्बरशिप ली ,ठगा महसूस कर रहे है Rooms: 1 Service: 1
