I reserved a room online. When I showed up they claimed they didn't have any rooms. Turns out they refused to serve me because I was a foreigner. They also refused to issue me a refund.

Pros: location, hospitality, attached restaurant. Food available till 2330hrs. |Cons: unclean laundry, unclean toilet, old faucets, non functional flush, damp walls, smelly rooms. Old window AC( didn't dare to start)||Not recommended

Everything is perfect here in the low budget...rooms were clean...24 hrs hot water...spacious airy room....prime location...near to railway station Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

The Deluxe room which was booked do not qualify for the tag. No breakfast was available though it was included in the package and not even a bottle of Bisleri. Even at 16 deg the AC was not functioning to it's capacity. This hotel is not comparable to other prominent hotels in this city. Very bad experience with OYO rooms.

We stay here only for some time but I did not like anything. Room was smelly and bathroom was completely dirty. Room service was pathetic. Hotel front office was just so called. Interior was very much old. Location itself not very good. Overall very bad experience.

Pathetic one..please don't book this... water is leaking on the walls...fan was working only on speed 5 and AC remote was not working properly.. Shower wasn't working ..not recommend for families..very unhygenic.. Rooms: 1 Service: 1
